J'ai récemment acquis cette barre de son, elle était équipée du dernier firmware 1008. Quand je change le volume plusieurs fois, la barre de son se bloque, il faut donc l'éteindre et la rallumer, c'est un problème qui touche toutes les barres de son HW Q800A équipézs de ce firmware. La barre de son ne réagit plus à aucunes commandes, le son se coupe entièrement après quelques secondes. De nombreux utilisateurs se plaignent, le support Samsung ne réagit pas malgré nos nombreuses demandes de support, je déconseille cette barre de son tant que le problème n'est pas résolu.

La barre de son délivre une bonne qualité audio avec son gros caisson de basses. Les basses sont bien profondes. J'en fais trembler ma chambre ! La barre est accouplée avec les satellites arrières que j'ai acheté séparément (SWA-9500S). Le son passe du 3.1 au 5.1 et là le combo est parfait ! Si vous souhaitez réellement avoir le son qui passe bien derrière vos oreilles, prenez les satellites arrières :) On peut régler la puissance du caisson de basse et d'autres choses. Avec une TV samsung compatible, vous pourrez pleinement profiter du Q Symphony avec la barre de son fonctionnant avec les hauts parleurs de la TV pour de meilleurs effets ! Je ne regrette pas du tout cet achat !

The best of the features was how clear the audio is when I watch a tv show or movie. I am not missing any of the detail from the audio. The woofer we get with the speaker takes the audio to next level. Thumping bass from woofer is excellent to experience in real time. I am glad i bought this product and planning to upgrade the same by adding satellite speakers to the sound system. This is a must recommended sound bar for any one who is looking for a audio system. I have the setup in my living room and the dolby sound effect is clearly visible

Contrairement à ce qui est affiché dans le descriptif, la barre de son n'est pas compatible Google chromecast/ Google cast. Non reconnue par les assistants ou les téléphones Android pour caster le son. Il était indiqué qu'une mise à jour viendrait combler ce manque, après 4 mois et Achat plein pot à 800euros toujours pas de nouvelle. Service client injoignable. Mauvais service Samsung ici.

We are using this in our master bedroom and thoroughly enjoying it. The built-in voice assistant is an added benefit and always the ease of control. This system takes up minimal space yet packs a punch. We have also used it to mirror music from our Samsung device and it's great how easy it is to use. Of course, being able to use it with Alexa is another positive note. This soundbar is useful in so many ways. Watching movies provide surround sound with voice clarity that we can definitely notice. This has been a great addition to our movie nights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar is just awesome. We used to go to a lot of movies and then the lock down happened and we were forced to just watch at home. Now that theaters are open again I no longer need to go to the theater when I can have great audio at home. The Samsung Q800A compliments our Samsung TV and the sound is just excellent. Hookup was so easy using HDMI and I was able to connect my phone to it when I just want to listen to music. I was also able to connect my music accounts and use the built in Alexa to play whatever songs I want. I really wish I had this soundbar when the pandemic started as it's made me not miss going to see a movie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a breeze to plug-in, power-on and get it working with my new TV. However, I was initially disappointed with the audio quality. I didn't think it sounded any better that the Samsung MM-55 I was upgrading from until I went through all the settings. The big difference hit me when I enabled the Surround setting that was disabled by default. I was expecting bigger bass, since that was my major issue with the MM-55 was the sub, the Q800 sub is physically substantial and weights twice what it replaced. Even with all that heft the sub is still marginal in my opinion, otherwise an excellent product that works well...

i've had this soundbar for over a month and could'n't be happier up until last weekend when it started crashing , i factory reset it, reconfigure it, but the only thing that helps is to power cycle it but that temporary solution doesn't last long , in less than 10 mihutes it starts crashing again, it's happening to a lot of folks: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/audio-video/samsung-soundbar-hw-q800a-crashes-on-volume-up-and-down/m-p/4174976 the fw 1008 i have been running with the soundbar was installed back in september so it must have a nasty bug that is causing this problem, hopefully samsung will come up with a fix soon since this has rendered my soundbar useless.

Rien a dire sur la soundbar en elle même qui est très bien. Mais pour le prix.. nous mettre des boutons Alexa Build-in et un micro.. et se rendre compte que ça ne fonctionne pas en France, c'est vraiment la honte ! Avant que le CM m'oriente vers le manuel d'utilisation, sachez que j'ai bien lu la page 320 du manuel et que smartThings est bien configuré. Il faudrai plutôt expliquer à vos clients pourquoi ça fonctionne aux US mais pas en France. Peut-on espérer une mise à jour ?

It's not rich in features, but it is rich in audio details. Samsung did a good job with this. Ease of setup: 5 star - really, it's very easy. Sound quality: this is where it shines. The sound is better, more detailed than other units twice the price. Low volume: it's nice and clear, good presence, and detailed. Then it stays that way at higher volume. The sub-woofer adds the low end without overpowering or muddying anything. What a big difference sound is much crisper and has a better true surround sound. Voices are clear when watching movies. Very easy to mount And one of the best, most user friendly remotes I have seen in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am surprised with the immense output from this soundbar with the multiple drivers working in concert together producing clear atmos audio. main reason for purchasing this combo was the samsung q symphony feature which integrates the output from the sound bar and tv speakers simultaneously. there is a noticeable difference in sound immersion with this feature turned on. setup straightforward with the included hdmi cable and mounting brackets. i also purchased the swa-9500s - wireless rear speaker kit w/ dolby atmos/dts:x to add wireless surround sound

The virtual surround sound is amazing to hear things behind and overhead with only one soundbar is awesome. The subwoofer really shakes my entire living room, movies are impressive with this sound system. Having Alexa built it is so convenient to mute or raid and lower the volume if you need to and don’t feel like reaching for the remote. If you are looking for absolutely awesome sound for your QLED TV look no further. Samsung got it right with the Q800A.

Sound was much better than anything previous to this setup, QSymphony was amazing! I could here everything spoken, sound effects were balanced perfectly. I week Later I hooked up the HDMI Cable to get full Dolby Atmos. OMG, how could this product get any better. It is as if we are watching everything live. Very happy with my purchase, spoken from someone who researches extensively before purchasing.

i have the unit installed with an lg projector and a firetv through hdmi and it is not using the earc input on the projector, yet after 5 minutes of viewing the firetv, it is switching the input to the arc input automatically stopping the program i'm watching. there is no way to disable the auto switching, no way to force an input to stay active. so it is completely useless and will stay off. for troubleshooting and trying to salvage my purchase, i've tried to use the bluetooth connection, the pairing works but then no sound. changed the position of all the sources to the projector and using the hdmi through arc to feed the sound bar but the sounds cut every 2mins for 1s. second worse part to that: it also reset all the sounds settings in the bar.

The sound quality of this sound bar is top notch, Dolby Atmos remains one of my favorite features of a high quality sound bar like this one. Using this sound bar with the HDMI eArc functionality is so easy that you don’t even notice that you are using something other than the standard sound. This has base for days and I would absolutely recommend this sound bar looking to upgrade their home theater system.

the soundbar has some connection issues. sometimes drop connection when using the e-arc cable. the website claims they have a fix for the issue, if you are able to update the firmware. i followed their instructions. after downloading the firmware to a flash drive, i found out their service portal used a micro usb instead of a usb or usb-c.i am just curious, how many flash drives you saw if any use a micro usb port?? i couldn't find any cable in my home that could link my usb drive to the micro usb port. i had to buy another cable just to connect the flash drive to the micro usb port. and after carefully following the instructions and do it several time, the soundbar won't display the same message as the instruction showed. so there is no way for me to know the progress of the installation.

Not only does it produce higher quality sound, it removes all the wiring setup from before. Leaving a nice clean setup. We had guests come over for the holiday that even brought up for great it sounded while watching movies. They loved the base coming from the wireless sub, allowing us to easily place it behind the couch. Made us feel like we were at the movies!

i received the new hw-q800a soundbar that i preordered 3 days after receiving my new 75 inch qn90a qled tv that i preordered as well. the sound system on the qn90a is the best i ever experienced with a built in speaker system. i was totally impressed. i ordered the hw-q800a soundbar and sub-woofer, after reading professional reviews that were all very favorable. after installing the soundbar i was again amazed. the sound bar on its own wiith dolby atmos is amazing for such a small foot print. when i use the q symphony feature (soundbar and tv together) it just blew me away. it takes the experience to a different a totally immersive experience. it's almost like being in the movie. if you have a new qled tv i highly recommend this soundbar particularly using the tv and soundbar together.

I absolutely love this soundbar! I really like being able to control the subwoofer bass as well as the volume of the individual speakers. The bass really booms during tv shows and movies, and my music sounds crisp and clear, even at high volumes. I've rarely had any connection problems, but I did seem to have some after I had hooked it up to the SmartThings app. The connection issues stopped as soon as I deleted the app from my phone. Other than that, I am very happy with this system.

The delivery process was seamless. The product arrived in perfect shape, and looks great. I will be hooking this up with my daughter this weekend as a fathers day project. Here is an update. Really easy to hook this sound bar up! I love the Bluetooth so I can play music from my phone. Sound is strong, and easy to adjust. Plenty of base. The sub is particularly sttrong. As I said setup was simple, and the documentation was strong and easy to follow. Singe my roof is very high, I needed to adjust up firing speakers, but easy to do. I am a bit older, so increasing the dialog is a nice feature as well. Nice looking unit. Not very large but large enough.

A gra jak na tak niewielki sprzęt bardzo miło. Wiadomo, że nie jest to sprzęt do słuchania muzyki, ale znacząco wzbogaca scenę audio podczas oglądania filmów. La barre de son est très bonne pour la musique, ne rêvez pas d'effets atmos pour les films, il faudrait investir dans des enceintes arrière supplémentaire cependant la qualité audio est vraiment très très bonne dans les deux cas malgré une petite frustration sur le manque de projection au niveau de certains effets. Le caisson de bass est très bon même si par moment on a l'impression qu'il sature, la membrane sur-vibre, j'ai du mal à décrire le bruit mais concrètement c'est comme si elle était à la limite de ses capacités sur certaines reproductions de graves. Alexa Built-in n'est pas disponible en France, on attends un nouveau firmware ... Déçu par la qualité du produit que j'ai reçu, il manquait des accessoires : télécommande et câble hdmi, pour un produit "neuf" j'ai envie d'hurler ... Mot à Samsung: Si vous voulez réellement vendre vos produits, élargissez la compatibilité de certaines feature, la calibration audio rendez là disponible via smarthings avec un smartphone compatible. La synchronisation audio, donnez la possibilité de la forcer avec d'autres TV. Les enceintes surround, rendez-les abordables car en ce moment elles sont au prix d'une bonne barre de son ... Enfin rendez certains paramètres avancés de la barre de son disponible sur Smarthings

For the rest of us, there is something so charming about having a near-theatre like experience at home in such a simple, clean package. The ATMOS isn't quite as pronounced as I would have liked, but the balanced soundstage and ease of operation still make this something I would recommend to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised with the immense output from this soundbar with the multiple drivers working in concert together producing clear atmos audio. Main reason for purchasing this combo was the Samsung Q Symphony feature which integrates the output from the sound bar and tv speakers simultaneously. There is a noticeable difference in sound immersion with this feature turned on. Setup straightforward with the included HDMI cable and mounting brackets. I also purchased the SWA-9500S - Wireless Rear Speaker Kit w/ Dolby Atmos/DTS:X to add wireless surround sound. Using the SmartThings app gives the user extra settings. The soundbar and sub sound fantastic with not only movies, but with music. I was actually surprised when I linked up to Spotify and streamed some songs from my iPhone. Very loud, clear, and with hefty bottom end that does not sound flabby or exaggerated.

The unbelievable room filling sound and the sub shakes my walls it make the home theater experience so much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system to Dolby atmos . And if you pair it with a Q symphony enabled Samsung TV the sound effects are even more amazing. We now have the best sound ever.

O subwoofer é muito ruim, penalizando os ouvidos pelo acúmulo de ondas estacionárias. Amenizei o problema introduzindo uma manta de micro fibra dentro da caixa. Mesmo não sendo o material adequado, melhorou muito a resposta de graves. Outro problema acontece quando acionado pela Alexa, onde o subwoofer perde a conexão por alguns segundos repetidamente, prejudicando a experiência. De resto, atende muito bem ao que se propõe

Estou testando a Soundbar Q800A, em quarto de 3 X 3 m, há cerca de 2 semanas, com fontes da NetFlix e Amazom Prime, no formato Dolby Atmos, e Dolby Digital 5.1 ! A qualidade de som é muito boa, pelo " custo benefício ", bem como o Subwoofer é uma obra prima, pelo tamanho e eficiência ! Senti apenas falta de caixas Surround traseiras, pois a virtualização de surround acontece, no modo Surround, num quarto pequeno, mas é suave ! Tenho Home Theater grande na sala, e a diferença é muito grande, em ter as caixas físicas. Minha intenção é acrescentar as caixas surround traseiras na Q800A, ai deixo aqui algumas perguntas por favor : 1) As caixas modelo SWA-9100S funcionam na Q800 A ? Nas especificações, descrevem apenas o modelo similar Q800T ; As SWA-9500A, são muito caras para importar... 2) A Samsung tem alguma previsão de vender as caixas Surrounds, no Brasil ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Soundbar that I've owned but it's definitely my favorite. I was already a fan of the Dolby Atmos sound system whenever we visited the movie theater, so when I saw there were consumer sound systems offering that as an option I jumped at the chance. I've been slowly piecing together my own mini movie theater with a projector and now an awesome sound system! The HW-Q800A provides a nice deep sound you expect from a system pitching the Atmos sound. The previous Soundbar we used, while good, still had a somewhat tinny sound for certain videos, but with the HW-Q800A that is no more. One of the other nice features we have really enjoyed is the Alexa built into the speaker making it easy to start music playing on a whim. We've definitely been happy with our purchase and has helped us transform our boring home theater into our own personal movie theater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have an old Vizio sound bar and the sound would disconnect often forcing me to unplug and replug things I set this samsung sound bar up once plugged all in and it comes on everytime all the time and have no issues. Looking to and the surrounding speakers soon for fuller experience. Right now with just the sound. Bar alone it sounds alot better then the full 5.1 surround from Vizio

Comprei em abril22, e escolhi depois de fazer comparativo no site rtings.com e vi que era melhor opção. Testei Dolby atmos nos streamings e é impressionante como nível dos filmes e séries sobem. Mesmo conteúdo em Dolby 5.1 já é muito bom! Jogos no PS5 também ficaram fantásticos, jogar um FIFA com esse som fica muito legal. Ouvir música consigo em todo apartamento com altíssima qualidade. Recomendo!

N'ayant rien à dire sûr la partie son qui fonctionne super bien avec mon Qled 8K, je suis super déçu par contre de la gestion domotique avec Alexa, venant d'une barre de son Bose qui faisait une gestion d'Alexa parfaite, en effet impossible pour celte barre son d'accepter une commande vocale en veille comme en marche malgré qu'amazon soit correctement paramétrer. Dans une future mise à jour peut.

The range of highs and lows are impressive and precise. The surround feature works very well, especially with the fact that the sound comes out of a single bar. On live broadcast the syn between the sound and persons talking seems to be slightly off. The other issue is the center channel for voice is not loud enough at times to overcome the other sounds. These issues maybe resolved by some adjustments, I just hadn't had time to look into it.

I have it connected to my Neo-QLED television and when playing a movie or show that is Dolby Atmos supported, it sounds amazing! It also sounds great playing music and non-Atmos programs. Não existe nada no mercado nacional por esse valor. Antes tinha uma soundbar Yamaha YAS-108 e o som da Samsung é incrivelmente melhor! Canal central faz toda a diferença nesse soundbar Samsung. Tenho TV da marca concorrente, e mesmo assim optei pela HW-Q800A. Samsung tem que começar a vender as caixas traseiras SWA-9500S no Brasil Vale a pena ver o review das soundbar no RTINGS

Pelo que se vê como proposta, o soundbar se propõe a criar uma experiência de imersão. Só que fica "capenga" pela falta do surround. Existem caixas wireless compatíveis que aprimoram e complementam a experiência e são vendidas mundo afora, as SWA 9500s, só que no Brasil não são vendidas. Lamentável! Quem quiser uma experiência de imersão completa, deve pensar em outra soundbar.

As it turns out it is good but not as good as I had hoped for. The sub woofer doesn't seem to put out what I had hoped for. The bar itself doesn't give the separation I expected. However, it does help a lot with the dialogue, for this reason no real regrets.

La barra suena genial, un cambio enorme sin duda respecto a los altavoces de la TV. No obstante, en España al menos, no funciona el servicio de Alexa, al parecer y tras mucho investigar, no es compatible por la región. Si intentáis hablar con el soporte, Samsung te mandara a Amazón y Amazón a Samsung... (deberían quitar el apartado de Alexa en la publicidad española).

Had an issue with it losing wifi connection but uninstalling it from my app seems to have fixed that. Subwoofer seems to cut out at times but I may need to resync it with the soundbar. Aside from those issues, I’m pleased.

Dolby atmos is still not much from what I can tell but ill keep trying it out. I've been using a PS5 which had noticeable audio drops, but this was due to the console and not the tv/soundbar pair as a whole.

after researching several review sites, i landed on this one. i'm not sure it's worth 2x what other soundbars cost, but i don't have any major complaints. the subwoofer is a little too "boomy" for my taste. i prefer smooth deep bass that you can feel. i also wish it had some sort of on tv menu, like my old onkyo stereo had.

the quality of sound is generally good but the subwoofer just isn’t going to rattle your windows- even set at its highest level. the bigger issue is with the symphony option. apparently the symphony is not available from a source that’s routed thru the soundbar. very inconvenient and not addressed in the marketing materials.

the q800a is easy to set up, easy to use, and best of all sounds great! but the best part is the ease of use. we have it hooked to a 50" frame, and it seamlessly works exactly how you expect a smart system to work. and even the technologically challenged member of the household has no trouble listening to spotify at will...

I connected it to an HDMI with ARC (audio return channel) on the TV and the audio is fantastic. The sub connects wirelessly. I just had to plug it into a receptacle. Great product!

bought th qn90a 75 inch. wanted a good soundbar with nice base on the subwoofer. soundbar is pretty good. Subwoofer really is very poor at this price point. I was going to return as thought it was DOA. I eventually put aside the instructions and manually changed levels to at least get a tiny bit of sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear friend how is reading this somewhere. It is fair to say that in the past I was reluctant to buy a sound bar. I remember myself making excuses among a group of friends and explaining how the speaker of the TV are more than enough. Now, I tell with no remorse that I was outstandingly mistaken. The Samsung HW-Q800A is out of this world. You might be wondering what is so impressive about this sound machine. The answer is extremely simple: it makes you truly enjoy and understand sound. I would like to make clear that is not that it sounds louder, it is just quality. Do you remember how television was before HD? That how I feel. The sound bar makes you enjoy HD audio, and the experience is so much better like when you first switched to and HD TV. I did not like how tedious it was to connect the bar when connected via Bluetooth. Regardless, once you use the ARC to enable atmos sound it does become a beautiful thing. I strongly recommended. Please do not settle just for TV.

Mais il y a un soucis jai 1 seconde de décalage quand je joue avec ma xbox serie x en dolby atmos .(en modifiant tout les paramètres tv xbox) jai Envoyer des mails /appeler contacte samsung mais rien ni fait ! For movies it sounds great with the subwoofer. Sound rocks and I don’t need 7 speaker mounted everywhere to get it.

Am enjoying watching movies that offer Dolby Atmos. Having paired it with my Samsung QN85 QLED TV the effects are enhanced.

La barra de sonido cuando funciona está bien, pero se desconnecta mientras miras una pelicula o escuchas musica, así esto quita todo lo bueno. Solo al subir y bajar el volume unas veces seguidas se queda colgada y hay que apagarla y volverla a enchender.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice soundbar .. but not as powerful as other soundbars like Sony or bose . Still need improvement. And the price is too much for it. You can but better soundbar with less than this . Overall if it was cheaper I would recommend it

To improve your audio experience, the HW-Q800A features a wide range of sound modes and settings allowing you to fine tune the sound to your liking. Pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote allows you to select the desired sound effect. Choose either STANDARD, SURROUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND. Alternatively, with the sound mode set to standard, Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer: 1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my HW-Q800A 3.1.2ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X. It was packaged well and easy to set up. The wireless subwoofer connected seamlessly and I connected the soundbar using HDMI-Arc. I am really pleased with the sound of it. The subwoofer sounds really good when watching movies. The subwoofer is a bit tall and unable to lay on it's side so it doesn't fit where I need it to so it sits out in the open off to the side. While it was really easy to connect to my Alexa, and works well with it for the most part - it does have trouble hearing me over the sound of the speaker - I would have expected the remote to have a microphone on it. It also has an issue with it dropping the sound when listening to music thru Alexa - just a random second or so of silence then it picks right back up again. It's a bit annoying but doesn't happen all that often. I also think the remote is/looks cheap for the quality of the soundbar. My Samsung TV remote is gorgeous, metal, with a microphone - the soundbar remote is black plastic, curved oddly, and extremely basic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow wow wow! I spent so many years watching TV and playing video games like a fool. I knew better sound options existed but, figured I didn't need it and boy was I wrong. After using this Samsung Q800A soundbar for just a few days I can't go back to stock TV speakers ever again. Dialog is clearer, explosions are louder. I used to turn on closed caption because I would miss so much and now I really don't need to as I can hear everything that's being said. Before I would have to use a headset to get 3D audio on my newer game consoles and now the soundbar does it for me. This soundbar even has Alexa built in so I was able to move my old echo to another location and simplify my living room. Installation was a breeze as it's basically plug and play. Really the only thing to complete this setup is the optional wireless rear speakers which I am absolutely going to pick up. Long gone are the days of needing an expensive receiver and several wired speakers to get an amazing home theater experience. Samsung has the golden touch when it comes to their products and this soundbar is no exception.

El sonido de la barra es muy bueno pero uno de los motivos de comprar este modelo sobre el 700A era tener Alexa integrado y que funcione como un altavoz. Esto no funciona, al.menos en España.
