Sand Gold bezel are perfect for a room with gold trims and interior. Processor is pretty fast and colours are so vibrant. Super happy with this tv and for the price we have paid, its total worth spending.

The artwork is what sold it to us and at the subscription price you couldn't even buy one picture let alone have access to over a thousand. The mounting system works well and is easy to install. Picture quality is bright and clear. It looks amazing on the wall and is great to look at. Colour and contrast are superb and the viewing angle is excellent.

I had assumed it would be more like a kindle. But it’s just a TV - all the surrounds seem permanently out of stock so you think “I’ll get a nice frame” The tv arrives, you realise “it’s just a TV” and when you try to buy a frame you can’t . Annoying - the 2 different remotes thing is odd. - the “one box” has to be really close to the TV (like 2 meters) or it will complain. Everything else is positive but very expensive for what it is

We are working with the BBC to enable the iPlayer app to be available as soon as possible. This is a standard process that occurs with new TV models, and unfortunately, there is no way for us to circumvent it. You can adjust the screen when using Art Mode to suit your preferences. Please check out this guide from our US colleagues on this: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10005239/ We always endeavour to ensure that availability of accessories, and we apologise that you haven't been able to purchase the Bezel of your choice. Please keep an eye on our website for any updates, and we're sure that you will soon have the perfect accessory for your TV. The separate remotes ensure that you have the choice of how you want to control your TV, and you're always less likely to replace the remote when you have two! The Wireless One Connect Box does need to be within 10 metres of the TV, however, the connection will be interrupted by concrete walls or metal furniture, so it may need to be closer in some homes. We still believe that it offers an incredible level of convenience, and allows you to mount your TV without worrying about messy wires. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Was worried about buying this following poor reviews of connectivity of one box and tv for frame pro 2025 model. Have had no issues with this 2026 model and it all works very well. Have a tv box (with HomePod speakers) and virgin stream box plugged into the one box and no lags or delays. Brightness on tv picture is good. The brightness on the picture when in picture mode was very low initially but there is a setting under picture mode that can be switched that improves this. Free sideways view the screen still looks shiny rather than like a picture. But generally very happy with this model.

What really sets it apart is the incredible selection of artwork already available, featuring works from many renowned art galleries, museums and other collections. The ability to upload and display your own favourite photographs is another fantastic feature, effectively turning the TV into a beautiful digital picture frame when it’s not being used as a television. The instant response when switching between terrestrial television, streaming platforms and Art Mode is particularly impressive. Everything happens so quickly and seamlessly that it genuinely adds to the overall experience. The picture quality, design and functionality are all superb, but it’s the combination of a great TV and a stunning piece of artwork for your room that makes The Frame something special. 5/5 – well done, Samsung!

However I am very disappointed that at least one of the bevel frames was not included with the TV, considering I bought the Pro version. I also dislike the subscription service for artwork.

Wireless Connect is USELESS. No BBC App. If you want to connect 4k devices, use SKY TV and watch 4K. It's a total fail. The Wireless Connect box does NOT work properly with UHD/4K inputs, especially if you have the soundbar for a cinemea experience (not enough bandwidth). It's a fail EVERY time. I have spent months trying to get this to work. Samsung were helpful at first, got it working, but it keeps dropping out. You have to Switch Off Everything, Unplug the HDMI's to clear cache, EVERY TIME. Online queries all say the same thing. The wireless connect box fails on all counts. So, if you dont want all those messy wires and that's why you're getting this device. Don't. I did think you could have one wire from the wireless connect box to the tv (to overcome the issue), but no, you can't on the 2026. All devices must be plugged into the one micro HDMI port, so you have to buy a HDMI 2.1 Switcher (whatever that is). Wish I had saved the cash and got last year's model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect Second TV with great Smart Things Integration for Art and remote. Very easily mounted and the absence of the connect box on the 2026 model means that there's very little that needs doing to your plaster board and surrounding areas. The slimline mounts and retractable feet make connecting power and peripherals (soundbar is a must) very easy. In terms of overall picture quality, the matte screen does help with the reflection coming in from our bay window when blinds aren't deployed, with reasonable viewing angles beyond 150°. I have to say a soundbar is a must. My main TV in the lounge is an S95F running a QS700F system, which I felt was overkill. I paired ours with a Harmon Kardon Enchant 900 (Samsung own HK these days), but sadly doesn't offer Q Symphony integration, not that there was going to be much benefit from the stock downward firing units. All in, if you want an art piece, go for it. My Teak bezels should be arriving soon as part of the free promo.
