Luar biasa kulkas ini, tidak berisik nyaris tanpa suara. Dinginnya kebangetan dingin sampe makanan yang saya simpan tanpa plastik pembungkus seminggu kemudian jadi beku. Overall, it's oke no problem RECOMMENDED BANGET buat yang mau membeli produk in lima bintang eh 5 jempol buat SAMSUNG

I bought this Samsung top mount fridge in Dec 2016. By 2019 the freezer didn’t work as a freezer anymore. Fridge was still ok. Come early 2022 and the fridge also stopped cooling properly. Milk going off, veges not keeping etc. Have used warranty to replace compressor. 2 days later freezer doesn’t make ice and fridge feels like it might be passable. Not sure how long I’ll be able to use it before needing a new one. Just know I won’t be buying Samsung if I do. “White goods” should last longer than 5/6 years! The earth could use a break instead of companies not making things to last just to make people have to purchase a new one earlier than we would have once had to. Don’t need the extra landfill! (Also, I have a 19 year old Samsung bar fridge that still works better than this.)

Had this fridge for 1 painful year. Great looking fridge, great room, but this fridge keeps me up night and day. The constant "popping" is so loud it wakes me up and my dogs are too scared to go on the kitchen because the noise is frightening. As soon as I can afford it, thus fridge is gone.

Purchased a few years ago and been great, until NOW, can't open freezer door for over 30 minutes after opening it beforehand. Tried everything suggested, power reset, increasing freezer temp, nothing works. Not happy at all.

This fridge has an energy label on it of 365kwh. Got 2 electricity bills it uses more like 1000kwh. My old fridge of 30 years has 723kwh and uses way electricity than this. Also the noises it emits. Had it for 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received it, still appreciating it at the moment. So far it is showing to be a good investment, I was restricted by what fridge to get as I have a area in kitchen that actually houses the fridge. I chose this for it was the biggest I could fit, however a little dismayed as I cannot swap the door for left opening. It has plenty y room at the moment and will suit for a bit, well I hope at least 10 years. It runs rather quietly, and definitely freezes my items, especially ice cream to perfection, in which is extremely important in my view. I did expect it to connect with internet or via app to update or keep an eye on it health as the LG does for the same setup, but it does have a feature that bewilderes me is that it can turn the freezer into a fridge; I am unsure when that feature will get used. The issue i had was in the delivery, it seriously lacked the Australian touch. Indeed it got delivered without a hitch, but that's where it ended and I was left to deal with something not expected. That the delivery did not include help beyond the door of the house, had to ask and was surprised at the driver as he was in asking him for help. I'm 59 years of age, with no trolley or any helpers. So I had to manoeuvre the huge fridge on my own, then try the arduous task of unwrapping it. A Nightmare indeed.
