Terms and Conditions

  • Unlimited Free Protective Film Replacements

    Every purchase of the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 will be entitled to an unlimited Protective Film Replacements.

    • The Protective Film Replacement has to be completed within the purchased Participating Model warranty period. Free protective file replacements will be forfeited if Customers fails to redeem within the relevant warranty period.

    • The entitlement to redeem the free Protective Film Replacement is subject to verification of the Participating Model’s conditions by Samsung. Please note that the condition of the display or screen may affect the Protective Film Replacement. Customers are advised to check with Samsung Authorized Service Centre before replacing the protective film.

    • The Participating Models purchased outside Indonesia will not be entitled to the free Protective Film Replacement.

    • The Protective Film Replacement only applicable to the Participating Models’ main screen only.

    • Customer who reside outside the city in the listed Authorized Service Center may utilize free door-to-door outer city pick up and delivery at no cost.

    • Replacement can be done in the listed Authorized Service Center
