How do I set a Samsung Galaxy S5 to automatically pause when I look away from the screen?

The Smart Pause feature uses the front camera to sense when you are looking at your device and pauses video playback when you look away from the screen.

How do I set a Samsung Galaxy S5 to automatically pause when I look away from the screen?

To turn on Smart Pause, from the Home screen touch Apps > Settings > Motions and gestures > Mute/pause. Touch the check box next to Smart pause to turn the feature on.

Smart Pause works best under the following conditions:

- When the device is held steady and upright.

- When the front camera is not being used by another application.

- When the device is in well-lit conditions, but the screen is not in direct light.
