Samsung-Haushaltsgeräte werde ich in Zukunft meiden. Erst hatte ich Probleme mit meinem Geschirrspüler, jetzt mit meinem Waschtrockner — die Geräte sind einfach zu empfindlich. Zum Glück ist das letzte Problem noch wenige Tage vor Ablauf der Garantie aufgetreten. Die Reparatur im Rahmen der Garantie kann über 10 Tage dauern. In dieser Zeit könnte es sein, dass Sie auf die Unterstützung Ihrer Nachbarn angewiesen sind, um Wäsche waschen und Geschirr spülen zu können.

I've had this machine for just over a year now. A short while ago I noticed some water leaking out from the machine door whilst it was running a wash cycle. On closer inspection it appeared the rubber door seal had failed, due to what looked like some heat damage, probably caused during a drying cycle, hence the seal was not watertight when the door was closed. I called Samsung to report this seeing as I had registered for the 5 year warranty, and to my astonishment, as well as disappointment and anger, I was told this would not be covered under the terms of the warranty and that instead I would have to pay for the repair!! Absolutely disgusted with Samsung, I will never buy another Samsung product, no matter what it is. I have sought legal advice as clearly this product falls foul of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 as it was not built to satisfactory quality or durability standards to last a reasonable length of time.

I am incredibly impressed with the Samsung Series 5 8kg/5kg washer dryer. If you are worried about noise or whether a combo machine can dry properly, don't be—this one absolutely nails both. Thanks to the Digital Inverter Motor, it is remarkably silent, even when it hits the maximum 1400 RPM spin. I can easily run a cycle at night without it disturbing the house. The dryer performance is excellent too. Unlike older washer-dryers that leave clothes damp or piping hot, this sensor-guided system dries everything thoroughly so garments can go straight into the wardrobe. The 8kg wash/5kg dry capacity is the perfect size for our household, and the Ecobubble™ tech keeps energy bills low by washing perfectly at cooler temperatures. Highly recommend!  Pros: Whisper-quiet operation, excellent and reliable drying, eco-friendly cold washes, handy 59-minute quick cycle. Cons: None—exceeded my expectations

Varför skriver ingen om eländet med allt damm och skräp som fastnar i på och inuti gummiringen vid torktumling. Det är ett elände att ta bort efter varje tork. Man kan inte ta ut tvätten, utsn att ta bort dammet på ringen. Nästan så man tror man missat ett dammfilter. Otroligt puckad konstruktion. Annars bra, men här behövs utveckling. Funktion är nummer ett. Denna passar inte bra för torktumling. Köpte kombination för att spara utrymme, men skulle ha köpt två maskiner istället. Eller struntat i torktumlare.

The washing is great now it is plumbed in correctly. Paid for installation but the installers had so many deliveries, they didn’t have time to wait for a 15 minute quick wash cycle to finish to check that everything was working correctly. They didn’t install the extension pipe correctly and squashed everything tight behind the machine. Not great scheduling and service Samsung! After they left, we discovered a leak and had to call a plumber to reinstall the machine. Works fine now and very happy with it!

After 4 years the drum has become loose I suspect the bearings have gone as it is not turning, surely the bearings should last a lot longer than especially as the machine has not been over used. And of course this has happened after warranty has expired

Good points: Surprisingly quiet. Absolutely no smell unlike our last machine by a different manufacturer. Easy to use controls. Could do better: Unable to lock adjustable feet and the black feet leave horrible marks on the floor when the machine is moved. Some wash programs are very long so care has to be taken not to accidentally select one as it seems very difficult to exit it later. The Q code on the machine does not take you to the 5 year warranty registration. You have to go to a completely different website which I only discovered after phoning the warranty department. Have not the faintest idea what some of the programs are for and the instruction book could be more detailed.

This is my second Eco Bubble as I was so pleased with my first "Add wash" function. Perfect for sanitising pillows and the like! However, levelling this machines under a work surface is tricky. Tiled floors can be uneven, so be warned, you'll need access to all 4 feet to level it! The little spanner provided is useless.

I got fed up with buying the cheaper machines, as they kept breaking down, or just staining clothes eventually. This machine has been great so far. The bad side is - everywhere this gets listed as being 60cm depth - and it is far from that! With the 'porthole' door sticking out at the front, and the top panel protruding at the back, you need closer to 70cm deptch. I had to rebuild a whole doorframe just to get this to fit in the cupboard. Buy a tape measure before purchasing this!

I have had the Samsung washer dryer for almost a month. Still figuring out which programme is the best one for our daily washing and drying,but we are getting there. The washing is coming out completely dry if you follow the instructions on the machine, it gives a max level for drying which is half of drum. Just finished washing and drying a load of bath towels in 2h30mins which is quite good. Enjoying the product so far and the 5 year warranty is a plus. I like that the standard washing programmes can be adjusted for temperature, spin cycle etc. and you can just add the drying cycle after you have chosen the washing one.

Najgorszemu wrogowi nie poleciłabym tej pralko-suszarki. Mamy ten sprzęt od końca listopada 2021 i dotychczas do suszarki wzywałam fachowców już 4 razy. 2 razy w okresie gwarancji i oczywiście 2 razy po okresie dwuletniej gwarancji. Aktualnie suszenie w pralce zepsuło się 5 raz i mam ochotę zanieść ją konstruktorowi do domu w ramach trofeum największej porażki Samsunga! Uwielbiamy sprzęty Samsunga i w sumie wszystko co elektroniczne mamy tej marki, ale ta pralko-suszarka to największy niewypał tej firmy!

I love the functions of the machine. This is my first washer dryer and it’s so easy to operate and not challenging and I think this appliance would be suitable for anyone - experienced users of washer-dryers combination or not. A great choice - this is my second Samsung washing product and the first one was only replaced due to moving house.
