Bought the washer/dryer on the base its the latest design and for good quality from Samsung. Little did I knew about bad customer service and quality didn't meet the high price I paid for the product. I bought my waher/dryer on the 21/07/2021 on the 20/09/2021 the machine brookdown, worse customer service was asking us to pay for engineer to assess the damage caused by a defected product. I purchased a Samsung washer dryer directly from your website on 21/10/2024, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product and delivery experience. While the machine works fine during the 15-minute quick wash, the real issue arises when I use the wash and dry function. The machine makes an extremely loud noise and shakes my entire house. It’s almost unbearable to use. Additionally, the delivery was odd and unprofessional. The machine arrived wrapped only in plastic and polystyrene, with no proper carton box, which is concerning for such an expensive appliance. Whether this was a mistake by the delivery team or a packaging issue, it’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, the machine has a dent, and I’m unsure if this is a manufacturing defect or the result of careless handling during delivery. I trusted Samsung’s website for this purchase, but this experience has left me regretting my decision. Samsung needs to address this issue promptly. Otherwise, I would have preferred to buy from another retailer like Argos or Currys, where I would have expected better service. Please look into this and resolve the issue.

Good points: Surprisingly quiet. Absolutely no smell unlike our last machine by a different manufacturer. Easy to use controls. Could do better: Unable to lock adjustable feet and the black feet leave horrible marks on the floor when the machine is moved. Some wash programs are very long so care has to be taken not to accidentally select one as it seems very difficult to exit it later. The Q code on the machine does not take you to the 5 year warranty registration. You have to go to a completely different website which I only discovered after phoning the warranty department. Have not the faintest idea what some of the programs are for and the instruction book could be more detailed.

I have had the Samsung washer dryer for almost a month. Still figuring out which programme is the best one for our daily washing and drying,but we are getting there. The washing is coming out completely dry if you follow the instructions on the machine, it gives a max level for drying which is half of drum. Just finished washing and drying a load of bath towels in 2h30mins which is quite good. Enjoying the product so far and the 5 year warranty is a plus. I like that the standard washing programmes can be adjusted for temperature, spin cycle etc. and you can just add the drying cycle after you have chosen the washing one.

Bought this machine which is very similar to the 7 year old one that had died. It is much lighter and easier to move into place and has a few more programmes. Tried out the Cotton wash and 30 minute tumble dry on my towels and they have come out very soft and almost dry. 2ns load of mixed wahing on the mixed programme. Shorter time than the previous machine and quite smooth and quiet. Outside build quality not as robust as previous machine. The powder drawer is a little awkward to remove. Bought one in Charcoal as it was the cheapest option from AO.com.. Would have preferred a white one but it was significantly more.

It was a no-brainer with the first washer dryer I have bought as I was so pleased with Samsung's TV so Samsung was the natural choice -especially as they were the only ones offering a 5-year warranty, For free. I bought it from John Lewis who uninstalled and recycled the 15-year old Hotpoint washing machine and installed this three days after I ordered it. Great service. With its renowned drying capability, eco function at E for washer/dryer mode, bubble stain remover, large load capability, easy-to-use knob with tailoring by digital screen and barely any sound whilst running, apart from the electronic fanfare at the end of the cycle, I was not disappointed with its first use today. Thank you. I never knew what I was missing.

Don't buy. I bought this washing machine model 5 years ago. It was the best washing machine I have ever owned. 10/10, quiet, modern, washes great, 0% vibration or sound when spining. Unfortunately the washing machine broke and the repair would have cost £100 less than a new one so I decided to buy a new one. Since I was extremely happy with my current washing machine model, I ordered the same one. And that was the biggest mistake I could have made. This is no longer the same washing machine-dryer, everything has changed. Even front panel colours are not matching🤯. Cheap parts are installed, the washing machine-dryer is very noisy, the whole house shakes during spining ( yes it's in level), and I'm not talking about the noise at al, you can't be in the same room. I rate this washing machine- dryer 1/10. If I had known that everything in this washing machine- dryer model was changed, I would never have bought it. I really regret buying it and from the noise of the bearings I think it will fail within the first year.

I am incredibly impressed with the Samsung Series 5 8kg/5kg washer dryer. If you are worried about noise or whether a combo machine can dry properly, don't be—this one absolutely nails both. Thanks to the Digital Inverter Motor, it is remarkably silent, even when it hits the maximum 1400 RPM spin. I can easily run a cycle at night without it disturbing the house. The dryer performance is excellent too. Unlike older washer-dryers that leave clothes damp or piping hot, this sensor-guided system dries everything thoroughly so garments can go straight into the wardrobe. I got fed up with buying the cheaper machines, as they kept breaking down, or just staining clothes eventually. This machine has been great so far. The bad side is - everywhere this gets listed as being 60cm depth - and it is far from that! With the 'porthole' door sticking out at the front, and the top panel protruding at the back, you need closer to 70cm deptch. I had to rebuild a whole doorframe just to get this to fit in the cupboard. Buy a tape measure before purchasing this!

Recently purchased this stunning new washer dryer to replace our old washing machine (not Samsung brand). Can't believe the difference in quality observed in only the first couple of days of use. Would definitely recommend over other brands as while a little pricey compared to some others, what it has to offer definitely makes up for this. Only drawback I have found is the number of features offered regarding wash/dry cycles does make it a little confusing to get used to when compared to more simplistic design but instructions are easy to follow to figure out what to do.

This washer dryer seems OK to me so far, it maybe seems a little more expensive than the feel of it based on the build quality, but I can see that the price has dropped slightly already only a few weeks after I had purchased it. The drum is fairly small, it's fairly noisy, and it makes a ridiculous beeping noise when you turn it on (thankfully the melody it plays when it's finished can be silenced). Overall I am fairly satisfied with the device, it gets the job done without much fuss and in truth I largely decided to purchase for it's 5-year warranty.

Just got the Washer/Dryer installed and completed the first wash. Clothes are clean and fresh and the drying cycle worked perfectly. I have read other reviews complaining about the alarm music at the end of the cycle but it can be easily deactivated with a push of two buttons so not a problem at all! Installation was straightforward and easy, delivery on time bright and early.

This would have been a 5 star review BUT a serious point for the installers: having installed the washer (on 2nd floor) without fuss or bother they tested it as required BUT for some reason some water was left in the drum. That meant I could not open the door. The handbook (at first sight) did not explain clearly that the drum must be EMPTY. I had to call the helpline and after a long discussion realised I had to just go through a rinse and final spin to clear it. NOTE TO INSTALLERS: please leave washer door open when you leave!

Bought a Samsung washer dryer in October 2019 costing over £900. The dryer has stopped working today three years later so is out of the two year warranty. Google this, it’s a common fault. I think it’s absolutely disgusting for a machine of this price. I would advise to avoid this brand for washer dryers in my opinion.

So pleased to have chosen this washer/dryer from Samsung. In addition to being a trusted name, it looks very stylish, saves space (being a two-in-one machine) and has all the functions I need and some new ones that I didn’t know of (but am keen to try!) Easy to navigate programs/controls, can adjust temp, rinse count and spin speed and best of all - it’s very quiet! Have not tried the drying function yet as it’s been warm and sunny but it won’t be long before I do. A great product - I would definitely recommend.

Was struggling drying kids uniforms and gate having clothes all over the radiators. Airers are OK for lighter fabrics like football tops, shorts etc but towels were taking ages to dry and fabric softener wasn't keeping them soft. I have no room in my tiny kitchen for a separate tumble dryer so decided to give this washer dryer a try. So glad I did, can't believe how well it dries clothes, towels are soft and fluffy. The machine is so quiet and plays a little tune when finished. Just wish I bought it sooner

The washing is great now it is plumbed in correctly. Paid for installation but the installers had so many deliveries, they didn’t have time to wait for a 15 minute quick wash cycle to finish to check that everything was working correctly. They didn’t install the extension pipe correctly and squashed everything tight behind the machine. Not great scheduling and service Samsung! After they left, we discovered a leak and had to call a plumber to reinstall the machine. Works fine now and very happy with it!

Bought this for the convenience of a washer dryer and because of the intelligent features of the machine. Sure it washes, but will it dry your clothes? I'm on my fourth hour of trying to get a load dry even though it programmed for two which should have left things cupboard dry. When I first opened after it did its cycle, they were far from cupboard dry. I thought, let's give it another hour. To my surprise, still damp. Perhaps 4 hours will be the charm. Not impressed with its performance so far.

Within 10min of first wash - error code C4 which means lack of water supply; yet clothes soaking wet! Nothing wrong with water supply or pipes but error would appear with every wash. Then tried to dry off the sodden clothes using the dryer and the house was shaking from the intensity of the spin. Said drying was to take 2.5h and most washes, even eco, was 2-6 hours long. Returned which is a shame as looks cool, plays a long but lovely tune and I bought it on good recommendations from friends.

Very happy with the machine. It is quiet, easy to use, has a good display menu, the washing smells fresh and clean and the dryer does it's job well. One thing to watch is the machine pumps out so fast that you need to make sure your drain off pipework is sufficient otherwise you will be doing more mopping than washing. Ours was fine with our previous Siemens machine but my husband had to extend the pipework for this one. That is the only negative otherwise a great machine and a good looker.

I bought this washer dryer a month ago and I can't recommend it enough. Plenty of washing and drying programs, multiple variations, quiet and precise- washing comes out clean and perfectly dry, if you use it as advised. Good idea to read user manual before using to make the most of all the programs and options. I have to say I was sceptical about the dryer part as didn't think it will work in one appliance to have these two combined- I'm pleased to say I was very wrong!

I carried out quite a bit of research into these machines before opting to buy this one. My research and choice certainly paid off. In my opinion, this machine is an absolute dream in every way possible. Its quiet, but not silent, and plays the most lovely tune when the wash has completed its cycle. I love this gimmick, as its a "hey..I've finished..come and get your washing!" (some people commented they don't like the tune, so it's a personal choice). The machine works its own magic on selecting the temp, rinse and spin, I suppose its calculated depending on the weight and capacity of your washing, but you can choose your own preferences. I tried the drying element on some small garments and was really pleased with result. The lovely surprise the machine offers is limited ironing required on your clothes once dried. I am truly thrilled to bits with it and highly recommend it.

Its quiet in operation and when it's done it plays a little bit of synthesised Schubert at you. It's been put through its paces over the past week as I've caught up with the pile of washing created when the old machine died. Results have generally been better than expected although a larger load will wash OK it won't dry very well. The black finish door looks stylish but gives a poor view of the washing.

I bought this washer dryer on 31.10.2024 from Argos and it was delivered on 08.11.2024. Managed to install the new washing machine using the guideline that came with it, which is very easy to understand. Used it only one time on the short 15 mins quick wash programme and until now, so far so good. I'm happy about the purchase especially because the product comes with 5 years manufacturer's warranty.

I treated myself to this washer dryer a few weeks ago to celebrate my 80th birthday. I'm so happy with it's performance, its lovely to be able to put all my washing into the machine, have a rest (or a nap) and hey presto out comes the washing all clean and dry. Never again will I have to have wet washing spread all over my house. A fantastic invention that took me many years to discover.

This was installed and ready to go after a quick rinse cycle. The combined washer/dryer leaves space in my utility room for another appliance. The machine runs quietly and I can get a few loads done a day on the quick wash cycles. Having the dryer is incredibly useful in wet months. I rack dry some things to save on bills but a quick dry cycle helps that as well.

I wouldn't click any stars as this item I purchased in November and I have had nothing but trouble is exceptionally poor. When I have contacted Samsung all they seem good for is consistently saying my name. I am still stuck with the washing machine 5 months on and maybe the engineer will come at the end of this week. In the meantime my washing pile is increasing.

Bought an Ecobubble recently to replace an old washing machine that had finally had its last spin. The machine is great - super efficient, much faster than my older machine, and with lots of great functionality. I'd really recommend reading the instruction manual thoroughly to understand all the features, there's plenty you'll miss out on if you don't.

Literally a singing washing machine. It plays tunes when it starts up, when you select settings and when it finishes. Very cute. Lots of features, really nice looking, washes and dries very nicely. It's also possibly the quietest machine (bar the musical tunes) I have ever experiences. Really happy. It is heavy so make sure you have someone to help!

Having been using the washer dryer for a month now and love it, functions simple to use, it's not noisy, energy efficient. Like the colour scheme, dont have to worry about checking when the wash is done it has a nice ringtone to alert you for when the washing ends. Brilliant purchase would be recommending this washer dryer to family and friends :).

I love the functions of the machine. I recently bought this and was wondering what will happen as I also read negative feedbacks. As I expected, negative feedbacks/reviews (leaking water, noise etc) seem to stem from leveling, its place and other issues irrelevant to the machince itself. The machine is quite silent, works perfectly with satisfactory number of options.

It's really easy to use and has some great features like the steam wash setting and 15 min quick wash. It's also extremely quiet!The only issue we have found is that you can't stop the tumble drier and get access quickly as it gets quite hot and doesn't allow you to open it for a while. Other than that, it's a fantastic machine.

This is my second Eco Bubble as I was so pleased with my first "Add wash" function. Perfect for sanitising pillows and the like! However, levelling this machines under a work surface is tricky. Tiled floors can be uneven, so be warned, you'll need access to all 4 feet to level it! The little spanner provided is useless.

It was a huge upgrade and can’t believe I ever lived without it! It has so many features that are so worth reading the manual on. Clothes come out bone dry with quite big loads also. It makes my washing smell so clean and fresh and absolutely loving how silent it is so great for when the kids are fast asleep!

I've had this washer/dryer 2 days and since the minute it was installed it's caused me panic. The drum wobbles and bangs excessively and slow speeds and it's noisy. If the drum was alot more steady then the machine would be perfect. Unfortunately, unless they fix this, I'll be sending it back

I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad I did. I was told not to get a washer dryer as they're not brilliant. But it's been great. The features are great. I have to toddlers and they ove to press buttons. The lock feature stops them.from.messing up the settings when in use and not in use.

Only used it a couple of times, and so far so good. However doesn't feel as well made as my old washing machine (another famous Korean brand). Quiet during the wash, but the spin cycle 1200-1400 causes a lot of shaking. Even with level floors and checking the feet.

I really like the timer, setting it for the time you want to open the washer door is great. I like the little snatch of Schubert the machine plays you to say it's ready. Best of all though is the feel and smell of warm fluffy towels when you've opened that door.

I bought this machine and is really good however the people who had to install it weren’t very helpful. They didn’t complete the installation saying they had to do connect only in one socket, my extension had 2, after that I had to get a handyman to finish the job.

Have done only 1 wash so far (towels), happy with the result. Initially predicted time of the cycle was 6 hrs 22 min but finished in 4 hrs. Small towels completely dry, bigger ones almost dry. Love the design and the colour. Controls are clear and easy to use.

This was bought for my friends daughter. She reports back that the best thing is that the drying cycle following on from the wash automatically matches the cycle, so if it's delicates for instance they won't be ruined by too hot a drying cycle. Very pleased.

I just love my washer /dryer quick wash that is great if you have a busy day done in 15min, for each wash musical sound when the machine finishes also can just wash and put out to dry on line , then you can put in tumble dry if required just to air

Good Washer dryer, very silent and with plenty of programs to chose from. Ecobubble and Steam are working well and are the main features. As the rest of Washer Dryers, they do not fully dry the clothes, but otherwise it is working great.

Bought as this has a child lock, which doesn't work in the most crucial way. Even with the lock engaged, you can still turn the machine off mid cycle - restarting the wash entirely. Why someone would thing this is helpful, I do not know.
