Dein Feedback leiten wir trotzdem weiter. Du merkst auch an, dass du Probleme mit der Fingerabdruckerkennung hast. Prüfe wegen des Fingerabdrucks, ob sich dein Galaxy auf dem neusten Softwarestand befindet. Verwendest du ein dickes Displayschutz-Glas, welches die Funktion des Fingerabdruckscanners negativ beeinflussen könnte? Versuche, ob die Option unter "Einstellungen > Anzeige > Berührungsempfindlichkeit" hilft. Hilft dies nicht, lösche bitte die gescannten Fingerabdrücke und lege sie neu an. Bewege dabei den Finger etwas und nimm dir Zeit bei der Einrichtung. Es kann auch helfen, den selben Finger zweimal anzulegen. So werden mehr Positionen des Fingers registriert.
