If you’re not tech savvy believe me save your money and look elsewhere. Some functions you would never use and to be fair not require. Why no spin function only is beyond me. Why oh why don’t these makers of washing machines just produce a washing machine that just washes for 30 mins at any temperature and has various spin levels. Something simple, basic and user friendly. You’re probably wondering why I’m writing a critical review about a Samsung WW80CGC04DAE? I’m actually writing it on behalf of my partner who I might add returned the product.

🚨 THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING SAMSUNG APPLIANCES IN THE UAE 🚨 I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with @Samsung in Abu Dhabi. I bought a washing machine, trusting their brand, but they installed it with a plastic fitting instead of a metal one, leading to a massive leak in my apartment. The result? Flooded rooms, ruined new furniture, and mold—all because they chose to cut corners. I turned to Samsung for help, but they refused to take responsibility, blaming it on a pressure issue rather than their poor installation. They wouldn’t even give me a written response without a long online request process. It’s like my concerns didn’t matter to them. What hurts most is realizing that Samsung is so short-sighted. I used to buy most of my appliances from them, relying on their reputation. I was even considering a new TV, but this experience changed my mind. They focus on short-term savings by avoiding compensation, instead of thinking about the long-term trust and loyalty they’re losing. ⚠️ Potential buyers, beware: Appliances like washing machines, dishwashers, and air conditioners require proper fittings during installation. If Samsung uses the wrong material, like they did with mine, they may blame you for the issues. Don’t risk it. Why should I stay with Samsung when there are other brands that offer the same quality and price, but value their customers? Samsung, your ads and millions spent on marketing mean nothing if you treat your customers like this. You’ve lost me, and probably others, too.

Absolutely awful since the day I bought it. It selects its own time of wash cycles and it been off balance since day 1 despite doing everything correctly during set up and balance cycle. I thought it would be an amazing appliance due the price but its complete rubbish and I would never buy another one.

Have only done one full week’s washing, hence 4 stars instead of 5! Only downside so far is some programs are a bit slow - other than that, really pleased with machine’s performance. Spin excellent, and therefore will probably save money on tumble drying. Love the way one can alter set programs according to one’s own requirements eg adjust no of spins, spin speed etc

love it!! so quiet and cleans lovely. Only one thing, could serial number be somewhere easier to get too. I had my machine fitted by john lewis, then noted none of the paper work had serial number, so had to pull it all out again and its a heavy sturdy machine. There is a flap to the filter on the front, could we not stick it there?

This is a very high-tech washing machine. A great replacement and upgrade from my old one with so many mod cons and extras. It feels so luxurious to use with so many choices to refine the wash - 20-90 degrees, eco options, steam hygiene, timings, various material options and a lovely tune at the end of the wash. Only wish I'd replaced my old one earlier.

This terrible machine will not stabilise even on a level concrete and tiled floor. Jumping around and has even broken the outlet hose bracket. It's alarming and has to be resited after each use! We are weighing each load and have completely levelled it, instructions and support are useless too. It even plays a tune presumably to go with the dance it does. Absolute rubbish...will never buy a Samsung again....even gone off their Tv sets too after this experience. 😳

I love my new washing machine, i have always had Samsung products. 15 min quick wash has hygiene steam if you just need to freshen something that has sat in your wardrobe for a long time, it has drum cleam. I recently purchased this washing machine as an upgrade from an old one. The design is quite sleek (although would have preferred a straight up black option, but that's my own personal preference), the features and performance are spot on with a wash for near enough every occasion (as well as a very quick 15 minute wash for lightly soiled clothes). The biggest draw for myself was that this washing machine is A+ rated in terms of energy saving and to couple that with a VERY quiet machine, is honestly phenomenal. It took me roughly 10 minutes to install the machine and within another 20 minutes, I had completed my first wash with it! Highly recommend and I feel like it's one of the best at this price range.

Le lave-linge est super. Seulement les petites musiques au départ et à la fin sont embêtantes mais cela reste raisonnable et peut-être même qu'on peut les supprimer mais je ne me suis pas encore penché dessus.

Vous pouvez activer ou désactiver le son de l'alarme à la fin du cycle selon vos besoins. Accédez à la fonction ""Sounds on/off"" et réglez-la sur ""off"". Lorsque la fonction est désactivée, la mélodie de fin de cycle, l'alarme et la mélodie de mise hors tension sont désactivées. Cependant, les autres sons émis par la machine restent actifs. Les sons émis lorsque vous appuyez sur les boutons, par exemple, sont activés par défaut et ne peuvent pas être désactivés. Une fois que vous avez activé ou désactivé le son, le réglage reste en vigueur même si vous redémarrez le lave-linge. Vous pouvez activer ou désactiver le son émis par le sèche-linge. 1. Laissez le doigt appuyé sur la main avec le doigt levé pendant 3 secondes. 2. Tournez la Molette de navigation pour sélectionner Son, puis appuyez sur . 3.
