Beim Tragen fällt direkt auf, wie flach sie nun am Handgelenk aufliegt, was dafür sorgt, dass sie selbst beim Sport oder im Schlaf gar nicht mehr verrutscht. Das Sportband ist super anschmiegsam und angenehm zu tragen und kann ganz unkompliziert gereinigt werden, selbst nach einer intensiven, schwitzigen Sporteinheit. Auch das neue System für das Anbringen der Bänder gefällt mir sehr, es ist ein einfach “Plug and Go”! Das Tracking von Vitalwerten funktioniert einwandfrei und die neuen Gefäßbelastung- und Herzgesundheitwerte, die gemessen werden können, geben einem noch mehr Sicherheit für die eigene Gesundheit. Es ist zu meinem festen Ritual geworden, morgens nach dem Aufstehen, meine Vitalwerte abchecken, um zu sehen, ob etwas abweicht. Man hat mittlerweile mit der Samsung Health App einen echten Rundumblick auf seine Gesundheit. Der täglich errechnete Energy Score in Kombination mit der täglichen Ausdauerbelastung passt dabei oft sehr gut zu meinem eigenen Körperempfinden, was die Planung für das Training für den Tag sehr unterstützt; ich weiß wann ich all out gehen kann und an welchen Tagen ich es eher ruhiger angehen sollte. Beim Laufen und Rennradfahren macht sich die Uhr prima. Die erfassten Daten zur Geschwindigkeit, Höhenmeter und Distanz beim Radfahren stimmen fast zu 100% mit meinem Fahrradcomputer überein, was mich sehr erstaunt hat. Und beim Laufen hilft mir die Uhr vor allem bei Intervalleinheiten, um die exakte Pace zu sehen, die ich für ein Intervall laufen muss. Die Bedienung ist dabei super intuitiv und unkompliziert. Die Galaxy Watch9 lohnt sich zu 100% für sportbegeisterte und/oder Gesundheitsbewusste Menschen, vor allem wenn man bereits ein Samsung Handy hat. Es wäre ein verschenktes Potential, da nicht die Samsung Health App nutzen zu können.

The battery life is massively improved along with the design. Watch doesn't feel to bulky with the 40mm version a perfect size (for me). I would love samsung to offer an additional strap, one regular one for a larger wrist, as the one I have is a little snug, only able to use two notches. Outside of that. In all honesty I can't see many benefits at the present time as compared to the Watch 7. Functionality still good. However, the standard strap on the new Watch 9 as compared to Watch 7 is far inferior in terms of look and quality. Are Samsung trying to save money at the customers expense? The small / medium strap is also smaller and I am nearly on the last hole. In addition, I am noticing no improvement in battery life on each new Galaxy watch, including the Watch 9. When are Sumsung going to introduce solar power, which I think is a major aspect nowadays. Garmin win on this!

As the new 9 was being released I thought I'd give it a go. Unboxing it i was unsure if I was going to keep it. The strap doesn't come attached to the watch itself which I wasn't expecting and I thought it was going to be a faff. The strap was easy to fit, albeit I put it the wrong way round to start with but it's easy to unclip. First impressions the watch looks nice, it isn't too heavy on the wrist. Setting up and pairing to my S25 FE was painless. There sre plenty of options to customise the watch through the Wearables app. Not sure how the battery will fair compared to my old watch, early indications are it's not as good but it might be I have a lot of things running in the background which I can turn off

Whilst I am still learning about all the things it can do it is living up to my expectations. It's light weight and comfortable to wear which makes wearing at night so easy. The only thing to note is the battery needs charging daily, even with the 'always on screen' switched to off with movement required to show the screen. Still very happy with my purchase.

                                    My first Samsung watch purchase in nearly 10 years and was excited to see what advancements had been made since last Samsung watch, thought it would be the perfect companion to my new S26 Ultra. Purchased the watch9 44mm LTE version direct from my network provider and was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. The screen is beautiful and it's back with features was loving my new purchase until th following day when it was time to charge which seemed to take forever. I timed the next charge which was just over 4 hours to go from 6% battery to 100% using the original supplied puck, not great especially i seem to be charging it more than I thought i would be and not even had it a week yet. I've tried a handful of 3rd party chargers and not one worked (I like a spare for travelling). Display prompts messages stating, slow charging, charger not compatible to not doing/displaying anything at all. Loved this item at first but has become nothing more than a disappointment and thinking I shall probably be returning it for a refund.

                                    Galaxy Watch 9 review: technically impressive, ergonomically brilliant… but what happened to the design? I upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 6 to the Galaxy Watch 9, and after spending some time with it I’ve landed in a slightly strange place: technically, this is probably the better watch. But aesthetically, I’m still not convinced it is the better Galaxy Watch. Let’s start with what Samsung has got right. The ergonomics are excellent. It is incredibly comfortable and lightweight, to the point where I genuinely forget I’m wearing it. For something designed to stay on your wrist all day and night, that matters enormously. The new health features are also genuinely interesting, and the display is excellent. Everything feels fast, fluid and responsive. Possibly too responsive at times. When using the on-screen bezel, I regularly find myself scrolling further than intended because it reacts so quickly. And that brings me to something I really miss: the physical bezel. There was something intuitive and satisfying about using it, but it also contributed to the Watch 6 feeling like an actual watch rather than a piece of technology strapped to your wrist. Which brings us to my biggest issue with the Watch 9: the design. I am struggling with the cushion-style pad underneath the circular watch face, particularly because the dial sits raised above it. It makes the whole thing feel bulkier visually than it actually is, and the raised face seems easier to knock accidentally. More importantly, to my eyes, the pad is simply a design eyesore. One of the things I loved about the Galaxy Watch 6 was that Samsung had managed to make a smartwatch that didn't scream smartwatch. With the right strap, it could look like a proper traditional watch. The Watch 9 moves away from that. I wish Samsung had retained more of the distinctive classic-watch identity rather than moving towards the increasingly generic smartwatch aesthetic. I buy Samsung because I want Samsung to make Samsung products. I want the technology, the ecosystem and the health features without feeling as though I’m carrying a miniature computer on my wrist. The lack of a Samsung metal bracelet at launch makes that design problem worse. For a premium watch, it seems ridiculous that there isn't an official metal strap available from the outset. I've now bought a third-party metal bracelet to see whether that can rescue the look, which probably says quite a lot. Then there is charging. I've experienced the watch becoming noticeably warm while charging, with charging slowing significantly as a result. A certain amount of warmth during wireless charging isn't unusual, but when thermal management starts extending the charging time considerably, it doesn't inspire confidence. And when something strapped to your wrist starts getting hot enough for you to wonder whether you should be concerned about the battery, that isn't exactly the premium ownership experience Samsung was aiming for. So where does that leave me? Conflicted. The Watch 9 is wonderfully comfortable. The software is slick. The screen is superb. The health technology is impressive. In several important respects, it is clearly an evolution from my Watch 6. But good product design isn't just about specifications. The Watch 6 disappeared on my wrist both physically and visually. The Watch 9 disappears physically, but visually that cushion pad announces itself every time I look at it. And I can't unsee it. In fact, it reminds me of a flying saucer. I probably wouldn't have bought the Watch 9 at all if Samsung hadn't offered its 100-day satisfaction guarantee. So I'm giving it a proper trial and hoping that somewhere after the required 45-day mark I either discover that the design genuinely grows on me… …or realise I've developed Stockholm syndrome. For now? Fantastic technology. Exceptional comfort. Questionable design choices. Samsung, please stop trying to make my Galaxy Watch look more like everyone else's smartwatch. One of the reasons I bought Galaxy Watches in the first place was because they didn't.

                                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is so comfortable, it barely feels like I am wearing a watch and is incredible at measuring sleep. I have adhd so the health coach aspect is incredible for accountability and gamification at meeting my goals. I honestly love it. The only draw back is the battery life, because the watch does so much it uses a lot of power which mean is needs a good charge every day or 2 smaller charges, I've come from a old galaxy watch (about 7 years old) which I also loved but the charging stand for that was so much better than the new flat charges which isn't usb. It doesn't affect the use of the watch though and the watch and it's features are amazing.

Davor habe ich die Watch 3 sehr lange getragen, sodass ich einen guten Vergleich hatte. Der Unterschied ist deutlich spürbar: Mit One UI 9 sind zahlreiche, neue Funktionen dazugekommen, die die Smartwatch vielseitiger und im Alltag wesentlich praktischer machen. Das Design hat mich sofort überzeugt. Die Uhr ist hochwertig und ist meiner Meinung nach sowohl für Männer als auch Frauen geeignet. Besonders das genaue und vielseitige Tracking gefällt mir an der Watch 9 super. Neben Schritten, Herzfrequenz, Schlaf und Training sind noch viele weitere Parameter hinzugekommen, die alle zuverlässig und präzise erfasst und in die Health App übertragen werden. Vor allem die jetzt noch detaillierte Schlafanalyse hat mir schon erste Hinweise gegeben, meine bisherigen Gewohnheiten zu ändern und zu verbessern. Gegenüber meiner vorherigen Watch 3 fühlt sich alles wesentlich moderner, flüssiger und umfangreicher an. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch: Da ich die Uhr jede Nacht zum Schlaftracking nutze und sie durch meine täglichen, sportlichen Aktivitäten auch ständig im Dauereinsatz ist, muss ich sie jeden Tag nach dem Aufstehen laden. Dies geschieht zwar dank Schnellladefunktion innerhalb einer Stunde, ist jedoch etwas, was man vielleicht verbessern könnte. Insgesamt bin ich aber mit der neuen Galaxy Watch 9 mehr als zufrieden und glücklich sie zu haben. Sie kombiniert ein gelungenes Design mit vielen durchdachten Funktionen und einem zuverlässigen Gesundheits- und Fitnesstracking. Wer bereits ein älteres Modell besitzt und über ein Update nachdenkt, der wird auch die Verbesserungen, besonders mit One UI 9, lieben.

Its very fast when navigating apps and it needs a case for it ti be fully comfotable and it has display options depending on what you want to do. Sadly, I only wore it a handful of times before it ended up sitting unused. So, when I decided to give a Samsung watch another try, I was a little nervous that I’d have exactly the same experience! I chose the Samsung Galaxy Watch9 40mm in Graphite, and I’m so pleased I did. ❤️ It’s the perfect size for my wrist and feels so much more comfortable to wear. This time, instead of leaving my watch sitting in a drawer, I actually want to wear it! One of the things I’m enjoying most is being able to stay connected without having to carry my phone everywhere. Being able to keep up with messages and notifications straight from my wrist is so convenient and has quickly become something I really appreciate. And because I like a bit of variety, I’ve also bought a Misty Blue spare strap. I can change it depending on my mood or whether I’m at work or enjoying my time off. It’s a little change, but it makes my watch feel like it has a whole new look. 💙 I’m honestly so glad I gave Samsung watches a second chance. My first watch was beautiful but rarely worn — my Watch9 is beautiful, comfortable and has become part of my everyday life. Samsung Watch9: second chance, first place in my heart! 💙⌚✨

I noticed instantly the brighter colours ,whick looks much nicer than on my old watch, the screen is also perfect and easy to read in direct sunlight. The battery lasts already longer than my previous Watch, which is brilliant. The watch itself looks really nice and feels comfortable around the wrist . I like the new health features too , the accuracy of the steps and all kind of tracking is impressing comparing it to my old watch. The durability of the Watch so far is fantastic too. I definitely like my upgrade to Watch 9 .

This most recrnt upgrade has all the things I like from older versions plus a load more health focussed add ons. It is early days in usimg these and some require a number of days baseline data before can fully use but.looking forward to moniotoring my health/activity with these functions.                                     It's a nice watch with a curated design, great features, and solid connectivity. However, when it comes to the battery, you need to know what you're getting into. With the bundled cable and an original Samsung charger, the best I could achieve is 1 hour and 40 minutes for a full charge. That is ridiculously slow considering the battery barely lasts 24 hours! Because it's supposed to handle continuous tracking like sleep monitoring, it becomes a major hassle to plan your day around charging downtime. Coming from the Watch Fit 2 - which lasted 3–4 days and recharged in about 30 minutes - I expected a flagship Watch 9 to perform at least comparably. Instead, this higher-end device is roughly four times slower to charge than a lower-end model. If you rely on round-the-clock tracking, think twice before buying.

The battery on the watch 6 was not very good and I would struggle to get through the day and evening without having to go onto power saving. I went to bed last night after wearing the watch 9 for 17 hours and saw that I still had 72 percent battery. Also it is nice and flat on my wrist and feels comfortable to wear. The display is colourful and clear. The only downside is my older chargers do not work with the watch 9 and it is hard to get hold of the new chargers at the moment.

It's super lightweight, and the band's comfortable enough for all-day (even overnight) wear. Speed-wise it's snappy, no lag scrolling through menus or opening apps. Fitness functionality is solid, blood pressure, heart rate, steps, workouts, all tracked well and the accuracy has genuinely surprised me compared to other watches I've used. Would recommend if you're after something reliable for everyday and workouts alike.

                                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've just upgraded from the Watch3 bronze 40mm bluetooth, to the Watch9 40mm bluetooth in cream and white band. The display is lovely, clear and crisp on the Watch9 but I'm actually not the biggest fan of this circle-in-square design, especially with how the dark and rounded screen sits on top the 'silver square' (I thought the metal would be more on the cream/yellow side, but it just looks silver to me, really). What else is stopping me from giving it a 5/5? That I wish there was a more feminine and classy design with straps for smaller wrists. Oh and I really miss the classy Watch3's rotating bezel - which was also quite a good screen protector, making it more durable! The current design exposes the screen a lot. The cream sport band is also more white than cream; thus, holding onto the little fluffs from my clothes. All in all, I wouldn't have upgraded had my Watch3 not started to lose its functions and recordings. Not sure why, but it took 30 mins to charge my new watch by 20% - I'll need to monitor if that's the case, in general. I guess the upgrade comes in terms of the sleep apnea monitor, body temp, maps and the better display.

Firstly, the strap: softer with more subtle pattern, fastens nicely. The watch body is more refined and stylish, looks really nice, lovely finish. Unfortunately the watch doesn’t work properly, being disabled I bought for the health app features, as I have tattoos it doesn’t even register I have the watch on! Messaged for a return/refund as it’s no use (4/08/26) still awaiting a response.

I'm still getting used to the product but finding the battery life a little poor. It was easy to connect to my phone, display is good and seems to be a good quality product easy to use while on hikes.

                                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the shape having worked my way up from watch 42mm but it sits way better on the wrist! The battery life is better than my watch 7 and the connectivity to all the apps esp the buds seem to be quicker. The display is bright and user friendly! The watch is lighter and thinner than 7 too So far seems durable just like previous watchs! Absolutely love all the new data and new look icons on samsung health!
