[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breathed new life into my PC! I bought the Samsung 870 EVO 1TB to upgrade an older desktop, and the difference is night and day. Boot times dropped from over a minute to under ten seconds, and overall system responsiveness is super snappy. Using Samsung’s Data Migration software made cloning my old drive completely painless—took about 15 minutes with zero errors. It consistently maxes out standard SATA III speeds (~560 MB/s read) and runs nice and cool under load. If you're looking for a reliable, top-tier 2.5-inch drive to revive a PC or add dependable storage, this is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SATA SSD, and it is easily the best upgrade you can get to breathe new life into an older PC or to expand your game storage. While everyone talks about newer M.2 NVMe drives, this classic 2.5-inch drive absolutely maxes out what a SATA cable can handle. In my day-to-day use, booting up the system and opening heavy apps feels instant because Samsung managed to drop the drive's latency down to a minimum. When moving large video files around, it hits its maximum throughput limits right away, giving you the fastest transfer speeds physically possible for this type of connection. What I appreciate most is its performance consistency. Budget drives usually slow down to a painful crawl during long, continuous file transfers, but this one holds its speed from start to finish without stuttering. It is also built like a tank. With a 600 TBW endurance rating on this 1TB model, you can write and overwrite massive amounts of data every single day for years without worrying about killing the drive. Samsung’s long-standing reputation for hardware reliability really gives you peace of mind here, meaning you won't have to worry about sudden crashes or losing your data. It’s just a rock-solid, dependable drive.
Jag rekommenderar den här produkten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my old laptop HDD to the Samsung 870 EVO 1TB and it's night and day. Boot time went from almost a minute to ∼13 seconds, games and apps load instantly. Getting full 560MB/s read / 530MB/s write as advertised. No noise, no heat, Samsung Magician software made cloning super easy. If you have a 2.5" slot, this is the one to get. 5/5
