What to Do When the TV Screen Does Not Display Properly

1 Check the antenna and input cable connections
2 If the problem persists, try changing channels using the remote control
3 On the remote, press the Menu button and select Source and choose another input
4 If the problem still persists, run a diagnostic test

1 On the remote control, press the Menu button

2 Select Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test

3 When a message appear, select OK and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the test

4 If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal

5 Select Menu > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal information

6 Signal must be more than 20 dB ( more than 4 bars on the icon ) for a stable reception
