I was weary about folding screens as I thought they would eventually crack due to wear and tear but does appear durable. However, I made the plung and had one for Christmas. I must say that it is amazing! The camera is steady and a great quality and just love the overall design. The performance is great. However, the battery does go a lot quicker that my a21. Overall, I glad I changed my mind.

Battery is very weak, display is bend and you can see it bend and performance is to be seen cause I only have it for few months but overall impression about the phone in general is that is not going to last long enough to enjoy properly. My opinion is that this phone is to show off your friends and to be noticed but as longevity is not the best option.

I just love everything about this phone! First, the design is so beautiful and the updates colours are just too cute. In terms of the new AI integrated features, I loved the interpreter. We tried it with Spanish and would even pick up an English person speaking Spanish. The camera looks great too and it takes selfies to another level.

Before using a flip phone I couldn't imagine why I would use it but now I already can't understand how I did without it. It has so many uses and the front screen allows me to reply one handed and check my phone so easily whereas using the phone folded has come in so handy. Camera is great and so are all the specs, bug the addition of the flip makes this even better. And the crease is invisible and never noticeable once you have used the phone for a few hours.

I'm partial to foldables, Flips in particular because of their size. I tried all since v.3 and I was very happy apart from the camera specs that I thought should be improved. Meanwhile, I tried its larger siblings but my heart was aching for the convenience and versatility I've given up. Once I watched the Unpacked and saw my prayers were, indeed, answered I jumped in. This is the best Flip ever, with several upgrades and now a camera on par with that in the large models. It puts a smile on my face every time I glance at it or watch the delightful animations of it's Flipsuit neon case coming to life when unfolded. Priceless!

So I am a long time Samsung handset user all the way back to the S6 Edge. Currently was using the S23 Ultra and really happy with but found myself quite unexcited about the prospect of the S24 which seemed more of the same. Received my new Flip 6 on release day and I am seriously impressed. I looks fantastic with a really solid feel, the crease is hardly noticeable and the cover screen adds a new dimension to how you interact with your phone. In short it makes using your phone fun and interesting again. Be prepared for everyone wanting to have a look and a hold as it grabs everyone's interest. Overall really happy I made the decision to move to the Flip 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing little phone, being someone who would usually go for a note or ultra model I was unsure as to how the Galaxy Flip6 would perform. I am happy to say it hasn't disappointed the phone is very responsive and comfortable in the hand, being smaller than the ultra series I am finding it easier to handle and love the folding capability. The 512gb version has plenty of storage capacity along with 12gb of Ram. The display is crisp and bright, another area I wasn't too sure about was the folding screen and whether the middle of the screen where there is a slight indent would bother me when watching a film or tv show on the phone but whilst using the device the distortion is so minimal I forget about it very quickly. All in all I am very happy with this little powerhouse and would recommend it.

The initial presentation of the phone is exceptional, the build quality is sleek and modern with clean lines. The screen once folded is a welcome feature. Being able to view messages without having open the phone is fantastic. The AI feature of the phone make for a welcome feature I never knew I needed. We are still learning all the features, however those we have tried have been fun to play with. The phone operators with easy multitasking between multi apps running simultaneously. The only thing to fault the phone is the battery life , isn't as good as expected. Though I hope a software update will resolve this issue. Overalls a fantastic phone and will highly recommend this to people

I have buried my old flipphone I think in 2008.. back then it was handy to have a compact size phone and you did not need all the smartphone features with it. Now I have been using the Samsung flip 6 and overall I am very pleased. I love the compact size, as it fits well into my handbag next to my wallet. I also enjoy the back screen for quick reviews, without a need to open the phone. The fingerprint sensor is very responsive, so my phone opens quickly. The camera is very good and I enjoy also the software upgrade for improving the pictures. The battery so far seems to do very well on one charge.. though let's see how it lasts. Now what is the catch.. only a very small one, you do see a bit of a line in full screen mode. Though personally it does not bother me. The other features far outweigh this.

My friend actually said to me the other day "did you just flip your phone?" I've been buying Samsung mobiles for years but even this upgrade from my flip 5 to flip 6, I can see and feel the difference. The new phone seems to feel so much sturdier in my hand and I love the fact you don't always need to open it and can run apps, take pictures and answer calls from the front screen. The camera seems to be a bit better, but I think the main thing I've noticed is the battery life - im not constantly looking for a charger! I love the fact you can buy exclusive colours from Samsung's website for no extra cost - it just made my choice a little more original. I had been thinking about it for some time now, and even on my last upgrade, I wanted the flip but went with the S22. I was so excited to have this stunning work of art finally in my hands. The flip is gorgeous and fits in the hands nicely when it's closed. It feels like it is very well made and has lots of amazing features that I'm still discoving. The camera is great compared to my S22. The pictures are a lot more sharp and focused. When the phone is open, I have to use both hands to open it. The phone unlocks using the fingerprint sensor on the side buttons, which is cool as it can be unlocked while it's still folded. The open screen colour is very bright and sharp with details when browsing or watching a movie. It is very cool to be able to change 3D type wallpaper that moves. I love the phone and highly recommend it. I'm super excited to play and discover more features.

The upgraded camera definitely makes up for it and the device runs a lot smoother. You can definitely feel the slight improvements that have been made from the previous model. As per all Samsung phones, the switch from zflip 5 to zflip 6 was easy thanks the SmartSwitch app. I am still trying the AI apps but so far I am impressed. So far, so good, too good in fact that I did not take any pictures of the inboxing as I was too excited to get the phone up and running!

The Flip 6 however, is an absolute game changer. There is no longer a visible bend in the screen. The phone fully closes leaving no gap for dust and grime. The automatically adjusting screen brightness is another bonus. No longer do I need to adjust on a bright day the phone does it automatically. The camera quality again is hugely improved with crisp images and clean lines even when zoomed in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for coming up to 2 weeks now. So far, so good. When unboxing there is a real premium feel to the phone. The Transfer of all of my data was super easy with Samsung switch, it was just so seamless. I used to be a massive fan of phones in general, upgrading as often as I could but since smart phones I've found them all very much samey samey. This phone however, the flip 6 has put the excitement back in to phones for me. It's just different. It's really compact so no hassle to carry around at all. My favourite feature has got to be the home front screen which you can do a lot with from messaging to watching videos! Amazing! I'd expect the crease in the middle of the screen to be more prominent but it's hardly noticeable. The AI is new to me so I'm still getting to grips with that but an excellent feature I'm sure. The camera is awesome too, it's like the best quality camera and the colours and details are so vibrant in the pictures. I'll be recommending to friends and family.

The phone is beautiful, I got the black as I couldn't choose between all the other colours, they all looked too fun! I'm so glad I waited for the matte back, and the folded phone is the perfect size to fit into my mini bags (aka the main reason I wanted the flip!). Even my husband, who has been putting me off the flip since its inception, loves it. His words 'it's actually really sleek'. The hinge feels so satisfying to snap, and the display is stunning when switched on, especially compared to my previous s22. The camera is stunning, the aesthetic is gorgeous, it's not just a phone, it's also an accessory, and battery life is much appreciated. Overall, I am in love with my new flip, cannot wait to explore all the AI features and show off my new accessory!!

It is truly spectacular how Samsung has really refined every minor details of the phone... this really enhances the user experience. Despite being a foldable device, it has an amazing slim profile and you get used to the motion very quickly... I have since answered my calls only by flipping open the phone and easily respond back to message via the outer screen. Besides the physical appearance, it has been packed with a great camera for selfie, the small size of the phone makes it handy to take pictures at any occasion. Last but not least, I love the AI function really changes the whole user experience. Being able to easily translate and find similar items. Really makes a difference when you are shopping online. As it saves you money by showing similar items on the web... phenomenal tool. To end with, the battery life of the phone is perfect for an all day use and despite the foldable screen, the experience feels seamless with a great display. I don't think I can go back to a traditional phone after this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted to convert to a flip phone for some time and when Samsung announced the new Flip 6 AND Ring it seemed like the perfect opportunity. I love the look and feel of this phone - the sleek design and matt finish are perfect whilst the screen is bright, crisp and clear. The fold works so well, folding smoothly into compact mirror size - although I can see and feel the fold line slightly on the screen and I don't understand how or why the screen doesn't damage over time from constant folding... The camera is excellent with lovely clear photos even with poor lighting. The fold allows you to essentially stand the phone whilst making video calls and using other functions which is handy. This phone also has added features that are really convenient; the fingerprint sensor is on the side button which is perfect and works so well and you can use some functions, such as answering calls, while the phone is still folded. The battery seems to last for about a day, and I am a heavy user so that seems fair. In all honesty I am still exploring the Flip 6 and finding new little details each and every day that just make me love it more and more.

The flip aspect feels very retro to me, but that's the only thing about the phone that does. I switched from a different android device that I have loved. It transfered 215gb worth of data in about an hour and a half, which I was very impressed with. It's been a seamless transition so far, and the processing is still incredibly fast. I love the camera on this phone, particularly the way it works via the cover screen. It has some really nifty features that make it an enjoyable experience, that doesn't compromise on the quality of the images. The flip will come in very handy for me when I take a small bag out with me, as it compacts down to about the size of my palm. The fact this doesn't compromise on what is delivered in it astounds me. When using the phone normally, I can't see the crease at all. The AI features are interesting, I'm looking forward to playing with those a bit more, but so far I'm very impressed. Samsung haven't compromised style over substance with this one, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out when I've had it a while.

I absolutely love the flip 6. Love the design, the bigger screen on the front, I had the flip 3 for 2 years and then "upgraded" to the s24. Wish I hadn't and that I had gone straight to the F6, really ended up missing the simple design, the space in my pocket and just the general vibe of the Flip, Best decision I made was getting the Flip6. Absolutely love the design, The bigger screen on the front, the capabilities of the front design with personalised wigits, battery life is amazing. LOVE THE FRESH LOOK OF IT. THE HINGE IS A LOT SMOOTHER THAN THE F3 loads of great cases are available for it, too, so that's a plus! Really REALLY happy with it.

So far I've been blown away by the improvements and have enjoyed every second of it thus far. The screen is vibrant and bright even in direct sunlight and I can easily go an entire day on a single charge. The cover screen is absolutely perfect for quick message checks. I like that I can read an entire email without any scrolling, and easily respond to messages. I also like what they did with the coloured highlights around the camera lens as it adds a bit of flare and character to the phone. My favorite feature is easily using the camera on the cover screen. I can now properly see what I am taking a picture of, and because of the more angular design and the grippier material on the body, I feel a lot more comfortable when taking selfies and confident that the phone won't slip out of my hand. Lastly, When the phone is open, I like that the crease is less noticeable than with the Flip 3, both visually and by touch. Opening and closing the phone also feels more sturdy and I no longer feel that I might damage it if I close it too hard. Overall I'm absolutely delighted with this phone!

I have seen much improvement in the battery by lasting a full day before having to charge it and it charges quite quickly. The front screen includes more widgets and designs to add so you don't have to open the phone to access your messages or notifications. The Internet and apps work quite quick and there are added extras to improve photos and when listening to music it's clear and crisp. It will take some time to adjust the settings to your needs but this phone easily fits into your daily life by responding to emails, texts, calls, and searching and shopping on the internet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My personal experience is that it feels really well made, I love the flat sides and the matte metal parts, it means no fingerprints. The hinge seems stronger than previous Flip models and not as easy to open but it feels reassuring. I bought the 512gb version so plenty of storage for photos and videos, big storage and small size. Closing it has a reassuring thump, there’s no gap either when closed, totally flat without a wedge shape. The dual speakers sound pretty good, nice sound quality without distortion. The battery life is much improved compared with the previous Flip 5, easily all day with around 40% left at 11pm so no worries. The cameras are much improved to, they are now using the cameras from the S24 series. I would have liked more of a zoom but I understand space is a premium. Much clearer and sharper photos than the last Flip. I got the crafted black version so it has a texture on the back like carbon fibre. It gives it more grip which I prefer a lot. The outer screen is great, controlling my music, checking my notifications etc without opening the Flip is very convenient. Overall I am very impressed with the z flip6 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller device, after all good things come in small packages.

Whilst this isn’t a diamond, its better! This coming from a jewellery lover! Ok, so the phone itself…it’s green! I love it. Its matt, and feels so chic. Its tiny, fits comfortably in my head. Most importantly, it has no sharp edges. It weighs so little. This is frightening because its light, small, and can be easily lost if it is dropped-i wouldn’t be able to hear it. This is an issue that i hadn’t thought of. The phone is a flip. Its a weird feeling closing it- it feels fragile-my concern is, how long will it be until a strong crease appears on the screen thus spoiling the look and potentially it’s usability. Maybe im overthinking and this may not be an issue at all. Turning on the phone was exciting and joyful. Like all new phones, it goes through certain processes which takes time, however it was so easy and whizzed through the set up. I’ve managed to transfer much of my data from my last phone within minutes, a doddle for an oldie like me! I will continue to update this review the more i use the phone. I had another popular latest phone and i was not overall impressed with it, as the photos and videos were always grainy no matter what i did. I also felt that the battery did not last long at all, so when i started using the flip 6 i was blown away with the quality of the photos and videos not too mention that this phone has AI technology built into it, giving you a vast amount of different things you can do. It is small enough to fit into a top pocket and light enough too. The ease of use is so simple once you get the hang of it. The battery is amazing and lasts a whole 24 hours and charges in minutes. The sound quality is fabulous and crystal clear. I am still learning new things on this phone and will probably be doing so in months to come as its loaded with so much. The tool for circling a photo and being able to get a match of what it is or where to find or buy it is amazing. This phone is so quirky with its AI features from setting up to incoming calls with characters, to adding AI to photos and videos and just making them so unique and you're own. I will never go back to a bulky popular ever again, this phone is the future and beyond.

I love how they front screen is bigger as i can just have a quick snapshot of the notification without having to open to phone and get distracted by it; and of course it's slick and small shape. As an in office employee it makes it easier have if in your hand along with laptop whilst jumping inbetween conference rooms for meetings. With the order I was also offered a free case which lightens when you unlock the phone, which makes it a cute addition! I've been uin it for a couple of days now and I must say that the battery has long life, even though, it charges up to 80% as I have activated the battery protection on. As always pictures are gorgeous! I've sent a picture of my note to my hubby and I am could see all the imperfections on my face (a blessing in disguise? Haha) The introduction of AI just make this foldable phone a perfect match, you have so many more features, such as the in call translation *mindblown*. It also enables you to capture what is in your screen and search it by just press-holding the middle button for a few seconds, and i love it because I often have to screenshot and then go to Google search to search for something, this new feature makes that process seamless. I got the samsung z flip 4, 2 years ago mainly because I am a major clutz, it comes with my diagnosis as a danger hazzard of constantly tripping and bumbing into things. So this phone was perfect because the phone covers can come in bulk sizes which is quite handy and can avoid any accidental damage. Aside from this the AI features are the best! Most of us are creatives and love art, I can draw anything and it comes to life! keeps me entertained for hours! especially the photo editing! I hate it when a dirty bin, a lamp post or whatever other useless thing is in my pictures! being able to erase it and the AI filling it in without any errors is epic!!! The one major thing is the fact that it has less of a dent in the middle in comparison to the flip 4! I hated the fact that the phone sticker kept coming off! doesnt look like it will happen to this one! I can't forget the battery life! I tend to be on the phone a lot on whatsapp, and the battery used to die on the flip 4 in a mere 30 minutes, I had to keep charging it multiple times a day! not on this one though! I can be on it for hours without a single worry if battery needs charging. The smart charging features are a bonus as well! The camera obviously much better than the last one I had! much clearer as well! All round an epic phone without fail 5 stars!

The AI technology is a game changer for all and I can see how it can really benefit those with certain disabilities. From AI assist from calls to text, it really helps connect everyone. The cameras are the best technology for a phone so far and are really crisp and what we call raw shots. It really is ready to capture those moments. The screen fold is less obviously and isn't stiff or clicky, like my previous one, you can actually barely see the fold. I loved how samsung are able to transfer your data so quickly via the app, and also assist in data, for helping login to places, as who can ever remember their passwords to constantly log in. The battery lasts well, considering I'm a heavy phone user, I can get at least 2 days out of it, and it has a feature to stop you overcharging the battery. Also the phone doesn't get hot, unlike the previous models. Samsung have came a long way in improving this and things can only get better. My only con would be the front screen, I preferred the smaller on, but this is just personal preference as I don't like my messages or apps being shown. But that's why I got a privacy screen. All in all, I would recommend, and I believe this is just the beginning and that samsung have set the trail for AI phones to be the next thing. I can't see how everyone doesn't find it beneficial and it really can help everyone stay connected.

It feels like a solid block of metal, exuding a sense of durability and premium craftsmanship. Initially, I was skeptical about the plastic screen inside, but I was impressed by how robust it actually feels. However, it’s not very easy to open one-handed, and it feels a bit weighty in both the hand and pocket. One downside is that the Flip 6 does not have an under-display fingerprint reader. Instead, the power button doubles as a fingerprint reader, which works just as well and is conveniently placed for quick access. It is a shame that the flip does not have an underscore fingerprint reader, but the power button act as a fingerprint reader for this device which works just as well. Facial recognition works as well as expected. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy S24, the Galaxy Flip 6 has a better processor compared to the S24, it runs the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 whereas the UK version of the s24 has an Exynos 2400. the Flip has 12 GB of RAM compared to 8 on the S24, it has the same size battery at 4000 mAh. It also has the same 50 megapixel main sensor. A strange omission is that the Flip 6 does not support Samsung Dex like all other Samsung flagships. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 offers a unique foldable design with impressive performance and build quality. It stands out with its newer processor and additional RAM compared to the Samsung Galaxy S24, making it a great choice for those looking for cutting-edge technology and innovative design.

Switching phones is always a daunting task, but transferring everything over and customising the Z Flip 6 to my preferences was simple and relatively fast. Now that I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, I am pleased to report that the Z Flip 6 is performing very well, I enjoy using it daily and am happier than I expected with the camera. Image quality is great and I’m still exploring all of the functions and how to tailor the cameras to my needs and see how much they can do. The AI editing tools are useful and entertaining. One of my favourite features on this phone is the front screen. Being able to make calls, answer messages, use the camera, view maps, and play music just from the front screen has been so much fun and I wonder how I ever did without it! The two minor issues I’ve had are no scheduled power off/on function which is fairly niche, but I like to limit my tech time as I get distracted easily. The other is that I found it difficult to find an app to connect to my fitness tracker/smartwatch. That being said, I have had no problems sharing content between other devices like my laptop and another phone. I love the portability of this phone, it’s a very convenient size – folding it up and keeping it in my pocket saves me from having to take a bag when I go out. It’s also very cute and gets a lot of attention – I am very happy with the peach colour! Overall I would recommend the Z Flip 6 to anybody looking for a phone that combines functionality with style. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a small and compact design, the new flat edges are great very comfortable grip, looks beautiful and has a bright display, a long lasting battery life, definitely a powerful performance with cooling chamber, improved colours, balance in photos, useful features. I found the Z Flip 6 display to be bright and vivid, even with the Natural display mode elected. Colors really pop, blacks are rich and deep, and any text is crisp and sharp. When I’m outdoors in sun or in somewhere bright light the display is still easy to see. Scrolling and transitions are great, I’ve used my Z Flip 6 in the past couple of days for my daily tasks - checking personal emails, various social media accounts, reading and watching videos, and snapping photos - there is no lag or stutter in my use, and switching between apps is seamless. The Z Flip 6 never got too hot to use when doing normal tasks or paying games thanks to the cooling chamber. My favourite and useful feature is Galaxy AI feature is the Generative Edit tool , turning pictures into emojis.This can remove unwanted and distracting elements from photos, or you can use it to resize and straighten out images and fill out the blanks. Results are really good! Chat Assist does have a handy grammar and spell check that is more useful than making yourself sound like an automated robot trying to be a human being. Note Assist is also a feature to help format and summarise your notes. A 50MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a The front is a 10MP selfie camera - all realistic, accurate and vivid, sharpness, texture, fine details. The battery last one day and half for medium usage. Overall, definitely worth the investment and a great phone.

I play using my Gamesir G8 controller, and the phone handles it smoothly, and the colours are vibrant, making the gaming experience completely immersive. Flex Mode is a feature that I simply appreciate. It's ideal for making hands-free video chats or capturing images from unusual angles also it let me watch cooking videos while it flexed easier to see from a far. It completely transforms the way I use my phone on a regular basis. The battery life is adequate, easily carrying me through a day of normal use, and it recharges quickly when necessary. Love the robust design and build quality -> you can feel the hinge mechanism feels sturdier than ever, providing a satisfying snap when opening or closing the device. Getting the add-on accidental protection is a bonus. Use the phone to its maximum. The 120 Hz display refresh rate is just superb, especially when out and about in the sun, such vibrant colours and display. The smaller cover display is also more useful than before, allowing for quick notifications, widgets, and even some app interactions without unfolding the device, protecting the hinges :) Haahaa.. Just a downer is no space for extending the 256GB storage, however, quite a lot already. But would have been great to have it. The picture quality has been significantly improved and you get quite detailed and vibrant photos in any lighting conditions. Quite impressed with the night light condition photos. My kids just love the feature of the camera when you can flex the phone at several angles. They keep hovering their hands around and taking pictures and use the cover display as a viewing screen and take pictures with the rear camera. Depending on number of people, the toggle between the 50MP and 12MP sensor is quite seamless. It is a superb feature to get the best pro-quality pictures. Another thing I noticed is whilst there is no space for another sim card, at least there is an option for an e-sim, however, quite a few countries have not yet adopted e-sims, due to security reasons. I'm loving the extra battery life, as I hardly need to charge to beyond 90% and it lasts me 1.5 days. Quite enjoying some of its AI-based features too. Translation on the go using the Interpreter. Rough sketching and coverting to artwork -> a popular thing for my kids, when the phone is with them (more like when we're out and we want them to be quiet and peaceful) . The purpose for me is the form factor when its folded and flip it and its a complete display. It is just amazing, and fits in nicely in pockets when closed.

The fifth and 6th generation of this phone was certainly a leap from the fourth, however as others have likely said before the difference between the fifth and sixth generation of this phone is quite small. Externally the changes are very small, with things like rings around the cameras that matches the color of the phone and improved tempered glass protection. Additionally, this version is not only water resistant but dust resistant as well. Internally this sixth generation of the flip as a new processor and increased memory meaning it does everyday tasks much fast er than its predecessor, additionally the AI features on this phone I'm much better. Having used it now for a number of days I found the user experience to be better than the fifth generation. The main reason for this view is the lag time when moving between apps is almost non-existent. The cover screen is also great on this version and allows you to use it for things like texting and using well-known messaging apps. If you were to ask me who I would recommend this phone for I would struggle to tell you; not because I don't think it has an audience or a market but rather because I can see it appealing to lots of different people. Additionally if you happen to have a Samsung smartwatch you will find that you can use these to in partnership for all sorts of things. My favourite personally is that you can turn your SmartWatch into a display for your camera and a remote button for it. So, for example you could place your phone at a right angle given that it flips and place it on a table, you and others then stand a distance away checking in the screen of your Samsung smartwatch that you are all in frame and then set off the time by pressing the button on your SmartWatch. Your phone will then take the picture for you. If you don't happen to have a Samsung smart watch and you can still be creative with your camera by using the cover screen as a mirror for selfies so that you all the person you're photographing can see what they look like before you take their picture. It's great little features like this that make this phone really good.

The build quality feels premium, with a hinge that seems alot more refined that others I've tried. Got the device in absolute black and loving the carbon look of skin The Z Flip 6 main display is vivid and vibrant and the deep blacks make it a great display to watch or play. The adapative refresh rate makes scrolling feel like slicing through butter. The cover display makes it quick and easy to check notifications, control music, and even taking selfies with the main camera so much easier. But typing on the screen was a bit difficult with keyboard taking most of screen estate. Having the latest and greatest processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, performance isn't in anyway compromised. Multitasking was a doddle, and can handle any demanding apps and games I've thrown at it so far. Coupled with a bigger battery seems like it'll give me a lot more screen time or standby time. Cameras is where this really let me down, coming from the S21 ultra. This seems like a serious step down. Sure it has 50MP main shooter which has amazing level of detail and can capture great photo's especially selfies but thats where it ends for me. Not really a selfie person which means The lack of other features especially in potrait mode leaves me wanting more oomph from a phone at this price point. The device cones with latest samsung software Running one ui, makes it easy for any one to use. Gave it to my wife who has had a device from the dark side and definitely seems to like it alot more than it was in the earlier generations. Galaxy AI does help make tasks easier and that additional wow factor. Live translate during calls chats and as interpreter. The photo tools and drawing assistant. Personally for me the health tools but at the end of the day I'm thinking how much will i actually use after the novelty dies off and i go about my day to day to life? Overall I think its a good device for someone who wants to stand out and wants something out of the ordinary, something small and compact and will get you throughout your day. Perfect for the regular traveller but just not something for me.

This is a whole new way of using a mobile phone and it's fantastic! The outside screen is brilliant for seeing notifications, as well as useful widgets and information direct at your fingertips without needing to open the phone - a glance is all it takes. There are various widgets available, as well as certain apps (I'm sure more will be added in due course) which work directly on the outside screen which has changed the way I use my mobile, its simply brilliant. Both screens are nice and bright, being easy to see in any light conditions. The main screen is so vivid and clear, it makes watching video a joy, especially with the wider aspect ratio. The phone is responsive, quick and smooth no matter what you do with it, and it doesn't matter how many apps you have running, it doesn't slow down or struggle at all. It was also a surprise that the phone also doesn't get hot when its working hard, Samsung's new cooling system definitely works. Samsung's software is better than ever, with the familiar and easy to use interface and UI, however it is now turbocharged with the addition of the AI tools. Whether it be circle to search, photo editing tools or the simply fantastic translation tools, they are easy to use and work just as you'd want. I have to admit that prior to using them, I wasn't sure how much I would use the AI tools, however I can see them being extremely useful in a myriad of situations. The cameras are simply stunning, producing clear and detailed shots with true to life colours and tones. Add in the aforementioned AI tools and it is simply the best camera phone I have ever had. The phone seems solidly made and feels very well built. I always put a cover on my phones, but I'm not actually sure this one needs it as it feels quite rugged. I've not really had the phone long enough yet to be able to give a definitive verdict on the battery life, but so far it seems to be coping extremely well and I haven't had any battery anxiety at all. Samsung have put a bigger battery in this model than previous versions, and even when I've been using it heavily during initial setup and over the period I've had it, it has not disappointed, and has lasted extremely well. The only little niggle I have is that the charging speed is only 25w (15w if using wireless), which is a little slow by today's standards, however its only a minor inconvenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Z Flip 5 for a year, so I didn't yet think it I would be enticed by the Z Flip 6, but the improvements to the battery size, vapour cooling, less obvious crease, camera, and that matte black carbon finish had me yearning for another flipping phone already. The carbon black is by far the best option and the matte finish felt a bit nicer over the glossy Flip 5. I bought a slim case that also has a great matte feel, and a cover screen protector, but the main screen already has a screen protector just like the Flip 5. After a year with the Flip 5 I’ve noticed small scratches on the screen protector so I’ll see how the Flip 6 holds up. With a zero gap hinge, take care to ensure there’s no dust or particles on the screen before folding closed. The crease on the Flip 6 was noticeably less obvious during the set up next to my Flip 5, which was great. The hinge feels more secure, but I can’t remember if the Flip 5 felt different when it was brand new a year ago. The phone still has a Flex feature when folded at all to be able to use the bottom half as a touchpad, split screen apps or take a screenshot. Fully folded, only a few widgets and apps are available on the cover screen by default (clock, weather, camera, messages), but a third party app on the Samsung store is available to enable almost all apps to be used on the cover screen, which is useful for music, contactless payments, taxis, messages and quick replying. The camera can automatically zoom in or out to frame your subject(s). It does have a delay though, and can be disabled if you prefer. The Flip 6 has a 50MP sensor, but the default 12MP mode seems better. Performance in 12MP mode was the same as the Flip 5 (that has a 12MP sensor) as you can zoom up to 10x. The 50MP mode is meant to zoom in more with less sacrifice to quality, but I could only zoom in up to 5x, and the picture was blurrier than if you zoom to 5x in 12MP mode. I can test this in different lighting conditions but it didn’t seem to be a benefit to me. The fast charging capabilities were similar to the Flip 5, going from 10% to 100% in 1hr 20min. While a few minutes slower, the Flip 6 has a bigger battery so that is expected. I haven’t used any of the AI features yet, as it seems still in its infancy and to be used with caution as any AI system. Overall I recommend getting the Flip 6 over the Flip 5, unless you already have a Flip 5, in which case make sure you get a good deal on it as the price is still very high.
