C.    When can I expect my code for the Circulon 11-Piece Induction Cookware Set?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your digital code via email within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last. Then follow the below steps to redeem your code. This cookware set cannot be returned or exchanged. If your cookware arrives damaged, please visit https://support.circulon.com/support/home to file a claim.

2.     Add the 11-Piece Cookware Set to your cart and click check-out.

3.     Copy and paste the promo code from your approval email to the “gift card or discount code” space.

4.     Complete the order form including but not limited to your email address and shipping address.

E.    How do I redeem this offer?

Purchase an eligible Samsung Induction Cooktop or range from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 (after submitting valid offer claim as described below) and save your receipt. This offer is not valid on purchases made from Lowes. For purchases made at Lowe’s or Lowe’s.com visit https://www.lowes.com/rebates for redemption instructions.

1.     Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following methods (either Online or Mail-in):

                a.     Online:

i.     Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/induction-cooktop-offer-2024 (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.

ii.     Complete and submit the Offer claim form from January 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET to March 31, 2025, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, and telephone number. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.

iii.     Provide date of Qualifying Purchase, product serial number and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.

iv.     Follow the on-screen prompts to provide a review about the Qualifying Purchase. Review must include the following line: “I received compensation for this review, but the review is my own”. Review has no impact on receiving an Offer Item. Product reviews should be truthful and accurately reflect the actual experience and opinions of the reviewers. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to post a product review if it contains any content that violates third party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; contains obscene, lewd, discriminatory or offensive language or otherwise objectionable material; comments on other retailers or websites; or comments on competitive products or other products, pricing or availability.  

        b.     Mail-in:

i.     Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to PL030126 The Samsung Home Appliance 2024 Induction Cooktop Offer, P.O. Box 290936, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0936 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”).  The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by March 30, 2025, and received by April 11, 2025.

F. Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.
G. I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only eligible Samsung Induction Cooktop’s or Ranges purchased between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 are eligible for this offer.
H. What information do I need to submit?

You must have your Samsung Induction Cooktop or Range serial number and purchase receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/ to complete your submission.
I. Where do I find serial numbers on my appliance?

Range: Check the underside of the front control panel or behind the drawer on the oven frame.

Cooktop: the serial number is located at the bottom of the cooktop and is not accessible after installation.

J. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying appliance purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
K. What happens if I don’t submit my information online by March 31, 2025?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
L. What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14-15 digits.
M. What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
N. How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://www.samsung.com/us/promotions/check-my-status to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
O.   I submitted my information, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

1.    Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)

2.    If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

3.    If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
P. What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email indicating why you were rejected and steps detailing how to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on April 18, 2025. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
