B. What is the Offer?

Purchase one eligible Samsung AI Bespoke Laundry Combo and one eligible Samsung Pedestal
(“Eligible Models” see Appendix for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard^®in the amount of $149. Ineligible Retailers include: Samsung.com, Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, WDC, John’s Appliances, and others are NOT valid to participate in this Offer. Full list of ineligible retailers in the Terms & Conditions available on https://www.samsungrebates.com/promotions. Limited quantity of Samsung Prepaid Mastercard’s available; Offer only valid while supplies last. Offer limited to one (1) claim per household.
C. When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.
D. How do I redeem this offer?

i)       Purchase one eligible Samsung AI Bespoke Laundry Combo and one eligible Samsung Pedestal, in the same transaction from a participating retailer in-store or online between August 21^st, 2025 and December 31^th, 2025, and save your receipt.

ii)       Submit an on-line offer claim between August 21^st, 2025, and January 31st, 2026, visit samsungrebates.com (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.

iii)   Complete and submit the Offer claim form between 12:00 PM ET August 21^st, 2025, and 11:59:59 PM ET January 31st, 2026, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.

iv)    Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, including the model number and serial number. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PDF., .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.
E. Where do I find serial numbers on my appliance?

i) Serial numbers for the combo laundry unit are listed on a sticker on the door jam and the back of your Samsung appliance, serial numbers are 14-15 characters long. Pedestal does not require serial number.
F. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying appliance purchase; can I still participate?

a. No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
G. How can I check the status of my claim?

a. After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit samsungrebates.com to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
H. I’ve submitted my information, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

a.      Please be sure to check your Spam folder.

b.      If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

c.      If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Rebate Vendor Customer Support at (866)-888-5503.
