Will Samsung still offer Galaxy Z Premier Service with Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G?

Galaxy Z Premier Service was a limited time offering for previous generations of Galaxy Z series devices. Z Premier Service gave users a discounted one-time screen replacement and on-demand concierge service. Galaxy Z Fold2, Z Fold2 5G and Z Flip 5G users will continue to have access to Z Premier Service for one year from their purchase date. Z Premier Service will continue through the end of 2022, at which time all users will have the option to subscribe to Samsung Care+ for additional premium service benefits. Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G owners are only eligible for referral and benefits with partners.

From your eligible Galaxy Z or Galaxy Fold device, simply log into the Samsung Members app to view your benefits. You may have to set up a new Samsung account and/or provide a credit card. How do I sign up for a Samsung account, if required?

How do I find my Samsung account ID or email?

Your account ID, or username, is the email address you provided when you created your Samsung account. To find it, follow these steps: 1.
