Aug. 29 - Oct. 27
All public middle and high school teachers submit applications.
Nov. 14 - Dec. 4
Samsung announces 300 State Finalists selected to submit an Activity Plan that lays out how they will improve their community using STEM. Each school receives a Samsung Tablet.
Dec. 23 - Feb. 20
Samsung announces 100 State Winners.
Each school receives a $15K prize package and video kit.
Mar. 5 – 30
Samsung announces 20 National Finalists.
Each school receives a $50K prize package and participates in the Virtual Pitch Event. Online voting for the Community Choice winner begins.
May 27 - June 4
20 National Finalists present their prototype to a panel of judges. Samsung announces the Community Choice winner to receive a $10K prize package and 5 National Winners to receive a $100K prize package.

Official contest rules: No purchase necessary to enter or win in the Samsung "Solve for Tomorrow" Education Contest. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, 21 or older & currently employed as a public school teacher, grades 6-12. Void where prohibited. Contest begins 8/29/19, ends 4/30/20.
