Save room on your device by moving Android apps to your microSD card.

For Android 5.0 Lollipop

Moving Apps to a MicroSD Card

The ability to move apps to the microSD card is not supported by all apps. This function also is not supported if a microSD card is not present in the device or if the microSD card is damaged. In those instances, the MOVE TO SD CARD option will be unavailable.

  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.

  2. Touch Settings.

  3. Touch Applications > Application manager.

  4. Swipe to the left to the SD CARD tab. A green check mark indicates the app has been moved to the microSD card.
