Who do I contact if the charge shown in Samsung Pay is incorrect?

Card issuers and payment networks (i.e., Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®) may only report the initial authorization amount to Samsung Pay. The initial authorization amount may be different from the final transaction amount. Refer to the card issuer's mobile application, website, or statements for final transaction details. If you believe there is an error in the transaction amount, contact the card issuer and the place of purchase.

Some card issuers may not allow transactional information or may limit the number of transactions displayed in Samsung Pay.
