Resetting your Pandora Account on your Blu-ray Player

If you are unable to sign out of a Pandora account already on your player, or if you would like to reset your Pandora account, follow the instructions below to reset your account and obtain a new activation code.


  1. Contact Pandora directly with a request to reset your account so that your Blu-ray player can generate a new activation code. You must provide the model number and user name currently associated with the Pandora account OR provide the MAC address for your player.
    • The user name is located on the top right of the Pandora screen when streaming music.
    • The MAC address can be found by going into the Menu/Settings and selecting Setup> Network> Network Connection Test. On some models you may have to select Network status. The MAC address is the 12 digit hexadecimal (0-9, a-f) found on the first line of the Network Connection Test. For example: 00:13:bf:29:09:c2.
  2. Once you obtain the information requested above send an email to Pandora at Pandora-support@pandora.com and your account will be reset.
    Note: Pandora makes every effort to reply to customer requests as soon as possible. If you do not receive a response from Pandora in a timely fashion please try again. Also, check your spam folder or spam folder settings.
  3. Once you receive confirmation from Pandora that your account has been reset, launch Pandora on your Blu-ray player and activate it again.
