Changing the Default Search Engine (I.E.11)

You can change the default search engine that Internet Explorer is using by follow the steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

       

       

  2. On the upper right corner, click on the Settings.

       

       

  3. Click on Manage add-ons.

       

       

  4. Click on Search Providers on the right panel.

       

       

  5. Select your favorite search engine and click Set as default.

       

       

  6. The default status will switch to the browser you selected. The next time you enter plain text in the URL bar, it will search the selected search engine.
