NE58K9500: Convection Roast

Convection roasting is good for cooking large tender cuts of meat, uncovered. Heat comes from the top heating element. The convection fan circulates the heated air evenly over and around the food. Meat and poultry are browned on all sides.

Using the Convection Roast

  1. Touch Convection Roast.

    To use twin mode, insert the partition and then touch UPPER. If you are using single mode (no partition), skip this step.

  2. Enter the temperature you want using the number pad.

    The default temperature is 350 °F.

  3. Touch START/SET. The oven starts preheating and display will start to change once the oven temperature reaches 175 °F.

  4. When the cooking time has elapsed, the oven will automatically shut off and then beep. To cancel or turn off, touch OVEN OFF.
