Resetting the Sound Settings on your SUHD TV to Factory Default (UN**KS****)

You can restore TV speaker settings to the factory defaults. To reset TV speaker settings to the factory default, follow the instruction below.

Sound Settings on your SUHD TV

  1. Press the Home button on your Samsung Smart Remote, to access the Home Screen.

  2. Using the directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.

  3. Select Sound.

  4. Select Expert Settings.

  5. Scroll down and select Reset Sound.

  6. Select Reset Sound.

  7. Select Yes to reset your sound settings.

  8. If you continue to experience problems, try restoring the TV to its factory settings.
    From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
