Tracking Your Exercise with Your Gear Fit 2

Your Gear Fit 2 can monitor and record your activities during the day and encourage you to stay healthy.

Measured distance may differ from the actual distance due to uneven strides, walking in place, and pacing around.

24 Hour Activity Tracker

This app displays the activity recorded in the last 24 hours.

  1. Press the Home button on your Gear Fit2.



  2. Touch 24-hour Log.



  3. Gear Fit 2 will display the activities it recorded in the last 24 hours, such as calories burned, periods of activity and more.



Exercise Tracker

Record your specific exercise information and calories burned using the Exercise Tracker.

  1. Press the Home button on your Gear Fit2.



  2. Scroll down and touch Exercise.



  3. Touch Activity type and select the type of activity you want to track.



  4. Set the rest of the details then touch Start.



  5. Choose your location feature preference. If you want the Gear Fit 2 to track your location, touch the check mark.



  6. Your Gear Fit 2 will begin tracking your exercise duration, heart rate, calorie burned and more.



  7. To pause the exercise, touch the Back button. Then, touch FINISH.


  8. Swipe through your exercise log.
  9. You can also see the map of your exercise via the S Health app on your mobile device.
