If You Forgot the Password on Your Galaxy Tab S2

If you have a Samsung account set up on your device, you can unlock your device remotely on the Find My Mobile web page.

Screens and settings available may vary by wireless service provider and software version.

If you don't have a Samsung account, factory reset is recommended.

Unlock your Device

  1. Eligibility for consideration to participate in limited invitation-only device trial programs*

    Go to http://findmymobile.samsung.com and log in using your Samsung account details.  

  2. Find and click Unlock my screen.

  3. Click Unlock.   

    Samsung Click Unlock
  4. Once you receive a notification on your computer saying your screen is unlocked, you can unlock your screen on your device.
