Use the Child Lock on Your Induction Cooktop

The child lock feature will prevent a child from accidentally turning on a cooking zone and activating the cooking surface. The control panel, with the exception of the POWER key, can be locked to prevent the settings from being changed unintentionally.

Switching the Child Lock On/Off

  1. Touch and hold the Child Lock key for 3 seconds. You will hear an acoustic sound as confirmation.

  2. Touch any control key. "L" will appear on the display indicating the child lock has been activated.

  3. To deactivate the child lock, touch the Child Lock key again for 3 seconds. You will hear an acoustic sound as confirmation.
