Before You Begin

• There will be a distinctive odor. This is normal.
• Make sure your kitchen is well ventilated.
Energy saving tips:
- During cooking, make sure to keep the door closed unless you are turning the food over. Opening the door frequently will lower the oven temperature.
- If the cooking time is longer than 30 minutes, you can turn off the oven 5-10 minutes before cooking is complete. The residual heat will complete the cooking process.
- To save energy and reduce the time needed for re-heating the oven, plan oven use to avoid turning the oven off between cooking one item and the next.
- Whenever possible, cook more than one item at a time.
The water reservoir is used for Steam Bake, Steam Roast, and Hybrid Clean. It is also used to remove water scales that may form on the oven walls. Fill it with water before Steam cooking or descaling.
Touch Reservoir on the control panel. The oven will eject the water reservoir.
Grab the front of the reservoir and slide it out.
The water reservoir gets hot during cooking. To remove or refill the water reservoir, make sure to wear oven gloves.
Remove the rubber cap or the clear plastic top, and then fill the reservoir with 22 ounces (650 ml) of drinkable water.
Replace the cap or the top, and then slide the reservoir back into the slot. There will be a soft click when it is in place correctly.
Touch Reservoir. The oven will retract the water reservoir.
If Reservoir on the control panel blinks, the water reservoir is not closed properly.
