Using the Trackers Screen on Samsung Health
The Trackers screen contains On/Off sliders for many activities, consumables, and bio measurements. The Trackers screen is used to turn on or off trackers you want to use. The selected trackers will appear on your S Health dashboard, from which they can be manipulated.
The Tracker Screen can’t be used to start or stop an activity, enter data, or monitor measurements.
Tracker Screen Guide
At the top of the Trackers screen is the Screen grid selector. When the two-by-two icon is selected, the activities grid on the dashboard is displayed in two columns. When the three-by-three icon is selected, the activities grid on the dashboard is displayed in three columns (as shown in Understanding the S Health App Design).
