Customize the Home Screen in Samsung Health
Understanding and recording fitness information can be confusing. What is a calorie, anyway? No worries, the Home tab in Samsung Health keeps track of everything for you. It displays different exercise trackers, programs, and other health measurements. Your enabled trackers will appear on your Home screen, where they can be viewed and adjusted.

Add or Manage Trackers on the Home Screen
Did you drink enough water today? Just add a water tracker or another tracker to your Home screen in Samsung Health. Follow these steps to manage your trackers:
On your phone, navigate to and open Samsung Health. Touch More Options and then touch Manage items. Touch the slider next to the trackers to turn them on or off. The trackers you choose will now appear on Samsung Health's Home screen.
Here's a list of some of the most helpful trackers:
Exercise: This tracker shows data from the different workouts you have done.
Food: See the types of food you've eaten and how many calories you've consumed.
Sleep: Make sure you are getting the right amount of sleep.
Weight or Weight management: Keep track of how much weight you want to lose or gain.
Stress: Monitor your stress level and do breathing exercises.
Blood glucose or Blood pressure: Keep your levels in check so you can be healthy.
Water or Caffeine: View and adjust how much water or caffeine you've consumed for the day.
Note: The Steps tracker cannot be turned off.
Use Trackers from the Home Screen
Once you've added or adjusted your trackers, you can view them on the Home screen any time. That way, you'll know all your numbers with just a glance.
On the Home screen, swipe up or down to see your current trackers. Each tracker will show a small preview of your recent workout or health data. To view more information and settings for a tracker, touch the tracker itself. Now you'll be able to access all of its features, such as setting a target for a workout.
You can also rearrange trackers by touching and holding your desired one, and then dragging it to your desired location.
Note: When turned on, each tracker has different functions available on the Home screen.
