Disable Auto Rotate on Your Galaxy J3 and J7
The Auto Rotate feature uses an internal sensor to detect the rotation of your J3 or J7. Auto Rotate adjusts your screen to either portrait or landscape orientation accordingly. If you want to watch a video full screen, turn on Auto Rotate.
The available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider and software version.
To open the Notification Panel, swipe down from the top of the screen.
To display all of the Quick Settings, swipe down again.
To turn off the rotation, touch Auto Rotate in the Quick Settings Panel.
