On-Screen Keyboard on Your Galaxy Book
In tablet mode, the onscreen keyboard appears automatically when you enter text to send emails, create notes, and more.
On-Screen Keyboard Functions
Index for the on-screen keyboard functions:
Floating keyboard: Switch to the floating keyboard.
Close: Close the keyboard.
Return: Break to the next line.
Keyboard options: Change the input language or the keyboard layout, or add input languages.
Arrow right: Move the cursor to the right.
Arrow left: Move the cursor to the left.
Emoticons: Enter emoticons.
Shift: Enter uppercase. For all caps, touch it twice.
Delete: Delete a preceding character.
Change the Input Language
From the Home screen, navigate to and touch on-screen keyboard.
Touch Keyboard options on the on-screen keyboard.
Touch Language preferences.
Touch Add a language.
Select a language you want to add.
You will see the newly added language under the Languages list.
For this example, open Notepad and then touch on-screen keyboard to change the input language.
You can change your input languages on any apps like Samsung Notes, Notepad, Sticky notes that you can type on using on-screen keyboard.

Select a language you want to change. You now can write in the language you just changed using the on-screen keyboard.
Additional Keyboard Functions
Standard: Switch to the standard keyboard.
Floating/Split: Switch to the floating or split keyboard. You can move the keyboard to another location by dragging the keyboard.
Handwriting: Switch to a handwriting mode.
