Controlling the POWERbot with the Smart Home App

With the Smart Home app set up, you can control your POWERbot from anywhere, even outside your house! Check the POWERbot's status or control it using the app remote or chat control.

To use the Smart Home app, you must set it up first. Learn more about How to Set Up the POWERbot on the Smart Home App.

Controller Menu

The controller on the Smart Home app offers even more functionality than the actual remote control.

Point cleaning is not available with the Smart Home app.

  1. From the Home screen of your mobile device, navigate to Apps > Smart Home.

  2. Touch Robot vacuum.

  3. The following controls are available:

    1. Power: Turn the POWERbot On or Off.

    2. Manual Clean: Use Forward, Right turn, and Left turn to manually control the POWERbot.

Although this can be done at any time, Samsung recommends to only use this feature when you can see the POWERbot.

    3. Auto: Turn Auto Clean mode On or Off.

  1. From the Home screen of your mobile device, navigate to Apps > Smart Home.

  2. Touch Chat control.
