Galaxy S8 and S8+ Pro Tips Part 2: Scroll Capture, Pin to the Top, Finger Sensor Gesture, and More

Taking multiple screenshots to capture an image of a full page is a thing of the past. With Scroll Capture, you can screenshot whole pages in one fell swoop!
While browsing through the web, press and hold volume-down and power at the same time to take a screenshot.
Touch and hold Scroll Capture until the desired length is reached.
A preview of the Scroll Capture screenshot will be shown on the right side of the screen.
Save a URL with a Screenshot
Ever take a screenshot of a dress that you really wanted to buy, but then later forgot which site had your size? Now, with a touch of a button, you can go to the website directly from the saved screenshot.
While browsing through the web, press and hold volume-down and power at the same time to take a screen shot.
This feature is only supported by the Samsung and Google Chrome browsers.
The screenshot will be saved to your Gallery, and can be accessed by navigating to Apps > Gallery.
Select the screenshot you saved, then touch Go to URL to revisit the website where you grabbed the screenshot from.
Pin an App to the Top of the Screen
If you've ever had to switch back and forth between apps to enter account or contact information, you know the struggle is real. Put a pin on one of them, and have both apps open so you can multitask like a champ!
With the app already open, and touch Recent, and then touch Pin.
Using the dots on the top and bottom edges of the app, adjust the size to your liking, and then touch DONE to pin the app.
The size of the apps can be adjusted by dragging the white dot in between the opened apps.
To unpin an app, swipe down from the top of the Home screen, and then touch the X on the Multi window notification.
Switch Through Apps in a Breeze
The S8 and S8+ make switching through recent apps easier and quicker than ever! Touch Recent once to view all recently opened apps. And if you want to just see your most recent app, touch Recent twice. Fast and easy, making life breezy.
Finger Sensor Gesture
If you have a hard time reaching for the top of the screen to check your Notifications Panel, you can quickly open and close the Notification Panel by using the Finger Sensor Gesture.
Navigate to Apps > Settings
Touch Search, then search for and select Finger Sensor Gesture.
To turn on Finger Sensor Gesture, touch the slider.
Swipe up or down on the fingerprint sensor to open or close the notification panel.
