Accessibility Settings for The Frame TV

Use the accessibility settings so that users with visual or hearing impairments can enjoy watching The Frame.

Voice Guide

You can activate the voice guides that describe the menu options out loud to aid the visually impaired. The Frame provides voice guides for channel change, volume adjust, information on current and upcoming programs, schedule viewing, other functions, and in various content in the Web Browser.

Voice Guide is provided in the language that is specified on the Language screen. However, some languages are not supported by Voice Guide even though they are listed on the Language screen. English is always supported.

  1. Press the Home button on your OneRemote.

  2. Navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility.

  3. Select Voice Guide Settings.

  4. Select Voice Guide to set it to On.

    • Volume: Adjust the volume of the Voice Guide.

    • Speed: Adjust the speed of the Voice Guide.

    • Pitch: Adjust the tone of the Voice Guide.

High contrast changes major service screens to white text on a black background or changes the transparent menus to opaque so that text can be read more easily.

  1. Press the Home button on your OneRemote.

  2. Navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility.

  3. Select High Contrast and set it to On.
