Factory Data Reset Your Galaxy Tab S3 (Verizon)

Your tablet lets you perform a Factory reset to delete all of your personal information from the tablet. This feature ensures your data is removed before sending the tablet in for replacement or repair, properly disposing of the it, or giving it to a friend or family member to use. Perform a Factory Reset

When Factory resetting your tablet, the microSD card will not be affected.

Your personal information cannot be recovered after using this feature. Please save any information you need prior to using this feature.

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings.

  2. Touch Search, and then search for and select Factory data reset

  3. Review the information provided, and then swipe to and touch RESET.

    If you have a security lock set on the tablet, you will be prompted to enter the lock information before proceeding.

  4. To delete all information and downloaded apps, touch DELETE ALL

    The process may take a few minutes before your tablet removes your personal data and restores the Android platform to its original state.
