View Network Traffic on Connect Home

Remember during the storm, your Internet became really slow or even lost connection? Network speed and connection fluctuate frequently depending on the number of devices connected, how much data is being used, and even the weather. With Samsung Connect Home, you can check network traffic directly from the Samsung Connect app.

Check Network Traffic

Find out whether your computer is the problem or network traffic by following the steps below.

  1. Launch Samsung Connect on your phone.

  2. Touch My devices.

  3. Touch the network name of your Wi-Fi Hub.

  4. Touch Network traffic.
