View Network Traffic on Connect Home
Remember during that big storm, your internet became really slow and then it completely disconnected? Network speed and connection can fluctuate depending on the number of devices connected, how much data is being used, and even the weather. With Samsung Connect Home, you can check network traffic directly from the SmartThings app.
Check Network Traffic
Maybe you have too many phones connected to the same Connect Home. You can find out what might be causing the network traffic by following the steps below.
On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app. Then, touch Menu, and navigate to the Location where the Connect Home is saved. Select your Connect Home from the list of devices, and then touch Network traffic. You will see a graph that shows the current uploads and downloads in real time. From there, you can see what is causing the problem.
If needed, you can manage and adjust your Connect Home's network settings to make things run more smoothly.
