In today's digital age, many of us find ourselves glued to our phones and tablets for extended periods. Recognizing the need for better digital habits, One UI 5 introduces an enhanced Digital Wellbeing feature. This tool is designed to help you monitor and manage your screen time effectively, offering various functionalities such as app timers and Sleep mode.

Note: Before diving into these features, note that availability may differ based on your wireless service provider, software version, and device model. Additionally, Android 10 or later is required.
