Jet Bot will not turn on

If your Jet Bot will not turn on, you can try a power cycle and then check if it will charge properly.

Jet Bot will not turn on

Power cycle the Jet Bot.

Turn off the power switch on the bottom of the vacuum, wait at least 5 seconds, and then turn it back on.

 

Press the Start/Stop button on the vacuum until it turns on. (Do not use the remote.)

Try to charge the Jet Bot.

Note: The vacuum’s LED will flash red, orange, and yellow when it is charging. The LED will turn green when charging is complete.
 

  1. Plug the docking station into an outlet that you know is working. (You can test the outlet with a lamp.)
  2. Place the vacuum on the docking station while making sure the charging pins are aligned correctly. Wait at least 5 minutes.
  3. Press the Start/Stop button on the vacuum again.

Request service.

If the vacuum still doesn't turn on, please visit the Support Center to request service.
