Cannot manage SmartThings routines with Samsung smartwatch

If you have multiple smart devices of the same type, changing the name can come in handy. For example, if you have a smart bulb in your living room and your kitchen, you'll want to know which is which, so you can control the right one every time. Fortunately, you can customize the name of your smart devices in the SmartThings app.

SmartThings has two types of notifications: traditional notifications that appear in your Notification panel and activity notifications that appear in the SmartThings app. You can manage both types of notifications depending on what you'd like to see.

If the Hub loses power or internet connection, there may be limited or no functionality. Each Hub version reacts differently in the case of a power or internet connection failure.

The SmartThings app uses your Samsung account credentials. To create an account, you simply need to sign in with your Samsung account. To log out, you will need to remove the account from the app.

If SmartThings experiences problems, you should report the issue to SmartThings Support so the developers can analyze it. You can also send a log file when the Wi-Fi Hub has issues to help improve its performance.
