SmartThings Tracker Charging or Power Issues

The SmartThings Tracker can generally last about a week on a single charge depending on the strength of GPS and cellular coverage. However, if the tracker isn't charging or power on/off properly, the problem could be the charger and USB cable, or the way you're pressing the power button on the tracker.
