I bought this phone a couple of months ago, somewhere towards the end of March. It's August now, and I updated my phone to the new system, which is just horrible already, but after that, my phone began to lag, and I'm sitting here typing on my laptop, and now my phone won't open. If they knew that the new system would make the phone not work properly, why make it available to me? It won't allow me to go back to the old one, and it won't let me open it. I hate this phone, and if you are looking for an affordable, cheap phone, go look somewhere else because this one is not it

I like the colour so much I can't buy a punch for it because it so beautiful the colour light green I will like you to use this colour on future phones and the space it so big I like it because I take so much pictures with the phone I will like to say that you did a great job on it.

Just got this phone a week ago, the interface is so smooth, running Android 13 and the design of the body is comfortable and easy to hold. Just great to use because everything runs smoothly. So happy for the price, I can't complain. The camera is also great. Thank you Samsung.

I bought in January and it's not good for user like me may be good for children, it freeze and vibrate when switching between tabs, eg using samsung browser on Hollywood bet and checking stats at flash score going back and forward, at some point when switching between apps it restart some apps and loses catch and the page I was using is restarted and I have to start over again, it will overheat and suddenly drains the battery, if I run X with multiple tabs open it crushes forcing me to restart twiter,

i bought mine last year on july at edgars, it didn't even last six month it just went off and never turn on i took it back they fixed it and said it have problem with a software. After 2 month it went off i took it back they couldn't fix it they said i must pay R1200 they will fix it. After a month they told me to go and fetch it but it was not working untill today they are saying that they are working on it.

I had the phone for 6 months. When i had it for a week the phone freesed on me and i coud not acces the phone for a day and the only way to acces the phone again was to restart it several times and try to close all the apps befor the phone start up fully. Then i tryd all difrent ways to inprove the problem uninstaaled all the unsessesarly apps( I have unisatalled all the app that i can exept banking, talegram, whatsapp and 2 games). put all the apps to sleep exept Talegram, whatsap and google. Limiting app in the background. It then still freezed. did not solve the problem. Resanltly i trid the following setting in the developers tabe the grapic animation seting i have diactiveate. the respons on the pone was faster. and i have canged the apps that can run in the background to 1. This neater solfed the problem. now the phone is freese again and i am struggeling for mor than two howers tho get acces to it

I had mine for a year now ,worst purchase ever ,it freezing ,press itself, restart every now and then .one time it locked itself for full 24 hours l didn't even touch it ,definitely don't recommend, if you buy samsung stick to the S series

I bought my Samsung A05 from Bash in February 2025 and I was happy with my purchase. As the months went by the phone started restarting by itself with no notice or anything like that. I thought okay maybe it's a system update you know and I kind of just let it so its thing. Lately it is showing me flames. It will just restarting for 5 or more times during the day. I am so close to throwing it on the wall because I can't deal. Can someone maybe let me in on how to stop it from restarting itself so much? It's killing me because sometimes I'd be doing something urgent and serious and it will just go off. I love Samsung but since I bought this phone, I've been considering other brands so much and I don't even like those brands.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A05 for a while now and there are two things that really stand out: the battery and the screen. The battery easily lasts me the whole day, and even when it gets low, it charges back up very quickly which is a lifesaver. The 6.7-inch screen is perfect for watching videos; everything looks clear and bright. ​The only downsides for me are the size and a small software glitch. Because the screen is so big, it can be hard to hold if I’m carrying other things and don't have pockets. Also, when I first switch the phone on, it sometimes says "System isn't responding" and restarts itself, but it settles down after a few seconds and then runs smoothly without freezing. Overall, it’s a very reliable phone for the price!

So I am rewriting the revive again. I have bout the Phone exactly 5 months ago. The first week I had the phone, it froze, and I could not access it for a day. How I managed to access the phone again: by restarting the phone several times. and trying to clear all the apps on the phone before it is fully started up. The following steps I have taken to try and improve on the problem. 1. I have uninstalled all unnecessary apps that I coed uninstall that the phone came with and all the apps I do not really need. 2. I have poet all my apps to sleep mode, except (Telegram, WhatsApp, and Google) 3. I have made sure all the fanny function of the phone is turned off like voice input and AI assist. 4. I have turned off all the function that helps you manage your time. This did improve the performance but it still freezes once a day and I had some times that I could not access the phone for an hour. In the last week, I did some research and I thought it could be a RAM problem so I discovered an option in the developers tabe that can limit the number of apps running in the background. and I realized that animation when changing between windows can be turned off so I did that. I had some problems with freezing today so I started by closing all the apps and I cleared the RAM. then I put the phone on flight mode and put the phone on power saving mode. I have opened Chrome. now the phone is frozen and I can not access the phone for the last 4 hours.

I bought this phone literally a few days ago and I have had a phone that is 50 megapixels of camera and this phone is not that it is not at all and the performance I would say would be much better if it was like 90 Hz for two the scrolling everything

Feels solid in the hand . Decent screen size . Good quality . Looks premium for a budget device. Decent cameras . Not slow at all. A huge improvement from it's predecessors. Internet works well . Highly recommended. At the time of this review Redmi , Honor and Huawei devices were compared in its category. I'd still choose this Samsung device.

I bought this phone ,Dec 2024 now after I updated ui7 is giving me problems it is Freezing, my dad is still paying ,bought it by Account and it's new but Stucking,I even restart it but no change using volume+power button to restart but nothing changes now it's even worse and I'm very hurt I trusted A05 ,I hope I will get some help.

This is the worst entry-level phone I've ever owned. I've experienced issues within one year... it keeps shutting off at any given time, no amount of updates can save this worthless device. Not even Samsung could assist.

I have been using it for about 8 months without having problems unfortunately it just started to freeze the screen and the screen is still perfect and had no cracks. I'm so annoyed because it can freeze about 2 hours

I bought the phone about a year ago. All good until lately the camera is terrible. No matter what I try. Photo are pale and colourless Also the camera just restarts ad lib . Checked the settings.
