AI Energy Mode

Energy saving rate may vary by region, model, screen size, viewing conditions, usage environment, and content type. Products shipped in Eco Mode have some Al Energy Mode functions enabled by default, so energy saving level by turning on Al Energy Mode may appear lower than actual. In environments exceeding 120 lux, some of the Al energy-saving features may not operate, reducing energy saving rate. Al Energy Mode does not work with viewing priority modes like Game Mode and Al Mode. Al Energy Mode is based on internal test results verified by 3rd party (TÜV Rheinland).

The picture and sound are awesome, it was so easy to set up, I am hooked. The only phones, tablets and washing machines I buy are Samsung, now it's the only TV I will buy. As my other appliances fail I will see if there is a Samsung first.

The tv is nice but its the perfect example of cost cutting by samsung they are shipping it with a 10 year old IR blaster remotes no bluetooth remote in 2026. wow and then when i called samsung to ask them to if i can buy a bluetooth remote they they are not compatible with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung 55" M1EH 4K Mini LED a few weeks ago to replace an old screen in our living room, and it’s been fantastic. We get a heap of afternoon sun, so I was worried about glare, but the brightness on this thing completely cuts through it.The screen uniformity is what really impressed me. On my old TV, the corners looked dark and dirty, but this Mini LED panel is perfectly even all the way across. The picture quality is stunning. The blacks are incredibly deep without that annoying "glow" you get on older TVs, and the colors look natural rather than artificially bright. I’ve also noticed the AI upscaling works wonders on older free-to-air shows and HD streaming, it cleans up the fuzzy edges and makes everything look crisp. While the built-in TV speakers are actually good on their own, the real game-changer was pairing it with the Samsung S800D ultra-slim soundbar. They sync together automatically using a feature called Q-Symphony, so the sound comes out of the TV and the soundbar at the same time. For how insanely thin that soundbar is, the audio is massive and dialogue is crystal clear along with nice bass from the subwoofer. Plus, both the TV and the soundbar look super sleek and minimal on the wall without a massive tangle of cords. ​My Verdict: If you want a premium 55-inch TV that handles bright rooms easily and has a lightning-fast responsive smart menu, the M1EH is well worth it. Grab the matching S800D soundbar if you can, the combination is incredible. Fingers crossed it lasts for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 55" Samsung Mini LED online while it was on special, and on price alone it was a great buy — the discount made it well worth it. The only letdowns on the buying side were that I couldn't pick it up in store and had to pay a fee to have it delivered, and that there wasn't a single photo of the remote anywhere when the TV was offered to me. That last one turned out to matter far more than I expected. The TV itself is excellent. It's slim, the picture is superb, and it's packed with more features than you know what to do with. If I were rating the screen on its own, this would be an easy five stars. But the remote absolutely wrecks the experience. It's tiny and crammed with buttons, which makes it genuinely hard to use. The moment you go to switch apps or type something — spelling out a movie name in Netflix, for example — it becomes near impossible, especially in the dark. You end up hitting the wrong button again and again and getting thrown into apps you never wanted. It turns something that should be simple into a real world of frustration. And it's not just me. Three different people have used my TV and every one of them said the exact same thing about the remote without me prompting them. Honestly, it's one of the silliest design decisions Samsung could have made. Had I known beforehand, I don't think I'd have bought it. So here's my advice: if you're considering this TV, go and see it — and the remote — in person before you commit. I know I keep banging on about the remote, but there's no TV without a remote and no remote without a TV. They just go hand in hand (no pun intended).
