I’ve had this 75-inch Samsung M1EH for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed our living room setup. If you are on the fence about upgrading to a 75-inch screen, just do it—the level of immersion for movie nights and family watch parties is unmatched.

0/5 Stars – Extremely Disappointed I purchased this Samsung TV directly from the Samsung website about a week ago as a replacement for my Hisense TV, which I primarily used for gaming. Unfortunately, this TV has been a huge disappointment and is completely outperformed by my 5-year-old Hisense TV that cost only CAD 700 when I bought it. The TV arrived with what appeared to be an old, used battery-operated remote control that had visible scratches on it. There was also tape wrapped around the TV to secure the protective plastic on the screen, which made me question whether I had received a returned or previously used unit instead of a brand-new product. The user experience has been equally frustrating. The interface is slow, laggy, and unresponsive. Navigating menus and apps feels sluggish, and the overall performance is disappointing. To make matters worse, I have been in contact with Samsung Customer Care every day for the past four days. I have been transferred between multiple agents and departments, yet no one has provided a meaningful solution or resolution to my concerns. Between the questionable condition of the product, poor performance, and lack of customer support, this has been one of the worst electronics purchases I have made. I regret choosing Samsung and will think very carefully before purchasing another Samsung product in the future. I cannot recommend this TV or the buying experience from Samsung’s website.
