What is the power saving mode in Samsung devices doing?

Power saving mode helps to select a mode for the highest display quality or longer battery life. The power-saving battery will make limitation on the following things:
- background network usage
- syncing
- location
Power saving options: Choose additional limits to save battery when power saving mode is on
- Turn off always on display
- limit processor speed to 70%
- Decrease brightness by 10%
- Limit apps and home screen
To activate Power saving mode:
Swipe down the screen--> long-press on power saving mode--> Choos the option--> tap on
To deactivate Power saving mode:
Swipe down the screen--> long-press on power saving mode--> tap off
