What should I do when the Galaxy S24 I pre-ordered from the online store has a defect?

In the case, that your device is within 7 days from the date of delivery and the issue is confirmed, Samsung will replace your phone.

However, if the device exceeds 7 days from the date of deliver, we will offer you the normal warranty service.
