The same game screen is being compared from side to side. While the image on the left with Game Mode off is dark and the opposite enemy is hard to be found, the enemy can be found easily in the image on the right with Game Mode on.

Game Mode

There are two monitors, and the left one flickers and emits blue light since the Eye Saver Mode is off. The right one is less flickering and does not emit blue light as its Eye Saver Mode is on.
