Rated 4 out of 5 by from Samsung A20 I recently purchased a samsung galaxy A20 recently and I love many features of this phone already. It has a dual camera which allows you to take great photos, close or far. I also like that the fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone as it is very accurate when unlocking the phone. It also has facial reconigtion which is pretty cool to have although it may take a second to reconize your face. The screen has Amoled screen with a Infinity-V display and the screen is scratch resistant. The samsung galaxy A20 runs on android pie and has a usb-c port which is great. The sound system on this phone is really good as it has dolby atmos feature. This phone is complatible with fast charging which is great and has a amazing battery life. The phone lasted for the whole day without even dying. I would highly recommend this phone for anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Samsung still skimps on basic sensors This could have been the perfect phone for a budget hunter but for the lack of ambient light sensor. Samsung must bear in mind that the competition is catching up fast with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Value of Money I bought this a month ago with a promo from Big W for $169 Vodafone prepaid and so far so good. What I like is the Super Amoled screen even though its only 720 but cant tell the difference. The color is popping out and dark blacks. The Camera is really nice for the price, crisp but the camera software is not that snappy. I guess due to the processor which its only 1.6Ghz. I like the wide angle at the rear and the front camera is okay. The battery really last long, for a full charge it will last for 2 days for my normal use. Watching videos with the infinite display really nice but the volume is okay, not too dull. The One UI is not sluggish but not as fast as the high end phones like S10 so I keep it simple with a few apps open. I'm not a gamer so I cant really tell the gaming capabilities of this phone it I guess it can support light games. Overall with the SRP price, its reasonable and if you get it with a prepaid plan it will be cheaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good phone for the price point A good phone, responds well to inputs. a little disappointed that it does not have 802ac connectivity, given that AC has been around for a while now and is the standard wifi protocol in use. Didn't need a 5g phone so not an issue that it is only 4g, I get good internet speeds on cellular at 4g.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone I brought the phone a month ago so far it's an excellent phone the only issue is when on lock screen and phone is in my pocket the torch turns itself on quite often aside from that great phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement For My Samsung J5 Pro I had a Galaxy J5 Pro and a month after I bought it from BigW, The A20 came out. Ruined me but "luckily" it had a few faults so I went to BigW and got a replacement for a Galaxy A20 and a $10 Store Credit. This phone is slower, and more laggy but overall for the price it excels. The processor is now lower power and doesn't handle ram as well so a bit of lag is normal but eh. The phone also has a great big screen that is awkward and clunky but mostly a novelty. I would recommend this phone as I love it but there are a few flaws and anyway, the profit margin would be so low on this phone for Samsung anyway so of course they are cutting corners. I type this on my Galaxy A20 as we speak. Thanks Samsung :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from At last, a decent budget phone in Australia. Had the phone for a month and can't really fault it. The only real issue is no notification light. Oh and of course Australians, unlike the rest of the world, don't get headphones in the box. Which for me was real disappointment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok phone It works. But: Sometimes one tap on the screen doesn't work, Sometimes the screen is locked while at home even though I have set it to be unlocked in this location, Can't see how to change notification tones to something I actually want, Volume is not loud enough.
