Galaxy S25 | S25+

I've only had my phone for a few days so I still have a lot to familiarise myself with, but so far so good. Setting it up was a breeze and transferring data from my old phone to my new phone was easy and straightforward, and I'm a 67 year old boomer. The battery life is impressive, and I watch clips, download large files, upload photos and videos, video chat and then some. The size is great, the phone feels comfortable in my hand and images and text are clear and crisp. The camera is impressive, editing is simple but I still have to try the AI. Charging is quick too. I'm glad I upgraded and very pleased with the deal I got.

The Ai integration is immense, from the seamless app integrations allowing you to complete multiple actions in a single Ai request. The now bar and briefs front up the most relevant information in that moment and for the coming day. The audio eraser functionality is wizardry, super impressive how easy it is to do and how effective, this will make so many more videos usable. The power of the Snapdragon elite and the smarts of Samsung really come together. The images the camera catches are stunning, nights out pictures will really pop.

Only had the phone a few days. Upgrade from S10+ so far incredibly frustrating as no log ins nor passwords came across and I have had to do so many google searches to figure out how to get everything to operate properly. That battery dies almost faster than the S10+ and it is incredibly slow to charge. I thought the night photography would be a massive improvement but so far I am not noticing much improvement. Also the zoom is not sharp. Still pixilated. I am yet to see why this upgrade is supposed to be an improvement. Sure it has AI but I has chat gpt on the other phone. Perhaps I am just still learning but it is not like it comes with a manual or any lessons .

I need the Phone with High quality Camera performance, Displays. The Battery Performance is Crucial . Connectivity in all environments is essential. Meaning I need a Phone can do " Everything " & from dim lighting to extreme ? Am I asking " Too from Samsung? For a Super phone? I'm a Designer, Capturing Photo's is Essential to my line of Work. I'm needing a Phone that Ticks all the Boxes. I'm just looking for now ??? I have other Priorities before I purchase this Phone that can do literally Everything. Thank your for time Samsung Support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my failing S22+ with the S25+ due to battery issues. So far feels like a worthy investment for a replacement! Bigger and more efficient battery is amazing, the Camera upgrade is nice. New smoother software and display make the phone feel great. I feel the design is a bit lack lustre just another classic looking phone but that's not exactly a bad thing and with reduced camera bumps the phone doesn't rock on the table as much as my S22+ did. My only major issue is how Forced the AI feels I don't want it or need it I wish they made it more optional rather than building the core of the phone round this 1 feature.

My phone (S21+) recently became unsupported by Samsung. Rather than just continuing to operate, Samsungs most recent update has turned the phone from an effective device into useless and frustrating brick (constant signal and packet loss, slowed functioning, and poor tactile response). This practice is incredibly wasteful and transparent. No longer supporting should not mean - sabotage the device... Bravo Samsung for the short sighted creation of waste! I will purchase a new phone, and it wont be a Samsung (clearly a fialed experiment)

I'm not at all savvy when it comes to technology and I've never had an opportunity to purchase a newly released phone but I thought I'd treat myself. The online ordering system was a breeze to utilise. The delivery was very quick and setting up my new phone was seamless. I'm still working out what all of the features do but I'm having fun learning tips and tricks along the way. Samsung has fir many years been my goto mobile phone and it will be my goto phone in the future (but maybe not a newly released one.... I can't afford to treat myself too many times!! 😂)

I just got the S25 plus over a week ago and I wish I woukd have kept the s24 plus. There was a new deal with my current carrier and I thought to upgrade since they were giving me a good deal. Little I knew that I was going to be worse off with the new s25 plus. I was excited about the new phone and new features. However when I upgraded to the latest software the phone started to get hot, at random times through the day while it is in my pocket. I have disabled most of the new features and although the phone is still getting hot, it's manageable. I am quite disappointed at this, I saw on YouTube that I am not the only customer with this issue, dating a few months ago. I hope that Samsung is able to fix this with a new software so I can enjoy all the features of this new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25+ is a really good phone. The size is very manageable and is nice and light. The screen is very sharp and One UI 7 is very smooth and responsive. The cameras are great, picture quality is amazing and the shutter is much more responsive than previous models. Battery life is really good, currently it is lasting between 1.5 to 2 days with about 6 hours screen on time. The AI features are great especially the circle to search and being able to copy texts with it. I have used it multiple times already and has saved me so much time. All round is a great phone and one I'm very happy to have purchased.

I bought the S25+ to replace my old S20FE expecting a major leap forward. I have been disappointed in a number of ways. Firstly, the "seamless" transfer process didn't work properly the first time and even after the second attempt many of the application settings and history didn't come across. Secondly, the battery life has been hit and miss. Some days it will hardly use any battery power, others it drains in less than 4 hours. Thirdly, some days it just doesn't want to charge. Samsung support wasn't stellar. On days where it uses heaps of battery the phone gets quite hot. Apart from being a bit faster and shinier I don't see much of a change between the old and the new.

I have now this S25 plus for 2 weeks. I upgraded from a S21 which I thought was a pretty good phone. But the S25 plus is such a huge leap forward. It is so much faster, and the battery life is amazing when you consider the computing power within the S25 plus. I would say at least 50% better the my old s21 which only had a new battery installed 6 months ago. Love the feel of this S25 plus as well I just can't work out what it is but it just feel better to hold. I am just starting to understand the Ai within the S25 plus but once I do I feel that it will be a huge aid in my life. Just a fantastic phone

I the beginning I thought that it was a good buy. But now I am having second thoughts. Right now I am waiting online with just answers which cost me $68, as my phone is locked on gemini assist. I didn't even press any buttons for it. The phone is difficult to navigate. Perhaps I should have purchased a simple one.

I upgraded from S21+ to the S25+ and what an incredible upgrade for me, functionality and file data transfer from old to new is seamless and simple. Upgrades to camera and photo editing were main reasons for change, but have also noticed audio is so much clearer and sound quality is excellent, the AI assistant and improvement to editing have impressed me very much, also having got the extra memory from preorder made it a phone worth buying. Overall I am very pleased with my new Samsung S25+ as like I have been with all previous Samsung phones I have had, I would highly recommend purchasing this new model

I have been happily using my S 21 plus for years and it was beginning to show signs of age. I swapped it for S25 plus, and I'm delighted I did. The new phone does everything much more quickly and it was a breeze to set up and transfer my existing content. The battery life is excellent and I can easily get a days worth of using it without recharging. Connecting to other devices was easy and it is very intuitive. The AI assistant works very well and I'm using this to good effect with searches and writing. It's pretty much the same size as my old phone and the display is clear and bright. So far so good.

I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it!! I love the display and It's been so easy to use, set up, and everything. It's such a sleek design to! Not to mention the colour's is adorable!! The battery life is long lasting. I was even able to charge my new watch from my phone and barely lose a fifth of my total battery. Speaking of my watch, the phone connects really easily to it, just as well as to my Samsung tablet and laptop. The camera is my only downfall. It's not great at night or lower lighting and becomes a little grainy. Other than that, its performance is great during the day time!

I upgraded from an S22U to S25+ so performance wise it's been a huge upgrade for me. The battery life is so much better than the S22U which I used with low performance settings to extend battery life. I keep the S25+ on highest settings and it still gets better battery life than my old S22U. The only features I actually lost from switching to the plus model from the ultra is more/better cameras (I won't even notice the difference) and the new worse S pen but I decided the huge price difference wasnt worth. Would've stayed with the ultra if they didn't remove the bluetooth functionality of the S pen.

Samsung has done an incredible job with the new UI7. It feels smoother and more intuitive, with no lag—a huge bonus. The AI features are impressive, providing quick information retrieval and summarizing web pages nicely, though still a bit shy of being a full personal assistant like Jarvis. The battery really packs a punch. With intensive use, it still lasted me into the second day. However, given the cost, I would like it to charge more quickly; it still takes over an hour to charge. Overall, an amazing phone that I would certainly recommend.

I bought Sm s25 ultra and screen got green dot in 2 months . I visited Service centre and they told me some kichen fire on phone in the kitchen so that why you got a single small green dot on your screen .please help me Samsung you have 100% quality . Not good experience reunites with Samsung. I don't want to quit Samsung like this . I recommend many known comeback to Samsung and fellow it's phone smoothness. Samsung can change the screen of my new phone. I can't talk hard with anyone .I simply relate with them yeah sometime my wife is in the kitchen that's why okay . That much i mention them.

I was a little hesitant when I upgraded from the Samsung S23 to the S25+ due to the increase in size from the S23. Boy am I glad that I went ahead with it. The screen on the S25+ is incredible and is a joy to look at. I watch a lot of mixed media on my phone and I've been blown away with the picture quality on my new S25+. Despite being a larger phone, it still feels good in my hand and not as overly big as I first imagined. The performance and battery have also really surprised me with how long my battery is lasting with the phone on max settings. I've not played too much with the camera yet but the time I have used it, I have been really impressed. I'm very pleased with my upgrade so far.

This was the first time I've ever bought a brand new (latest release) phone, so the upgrades from my old phone were pretty significant. The ability to customize so many features is great, and I'm really enjoying the experience overall....except for Messenger, which suddenly stopped working on my new phone but continued to be totally functional on my Galaxy Tab. It seemed that many others with the S25 in its various forms, had the same issues. Almost two weeks on, some of the functionality has been restored but not all, so I'm awaiting another update in the hope that this solves the problems.

I love the curved edges and the mint colour, looks even better in person. This was an upgrade and there are so many amazing features. The battery lasts ages and the AI features make things so much easier in day to day life. The photo and video quality is so clear and the audio eraser on videos is a great new feature as well as quickly being able to edit photos. The speakers are top notch and extremely clear. Overall, I am really satisfied with this phone and the latest features, I would highly recommend.

I normally choose the highest spec flagship Galaxy so I was a little apprehensive when choosing the S25+. I should not have been worried at all. The power, features, camera, battery and look are all amazing. Super zippy to navigate, lightweight and perfect for hands. It looks great too with a choice of amazing colours. This new phone has seamlessly transitioned into my life and I often wonder how I survived with my S21 Ultra in the state that it is. I love this new phone and I would recommend to anyone thinking of choosing a Samsung 25+.

I've only had my S25+ a very short time, but I've adapted very seamlessly to it. As an upgrade from my S20 FE, it's a delight. Faster, smarter, and with a fabulous larger screen, I'm able to do everything I need to with speed and ease. So far, I've found the least fun part is re-verifying all my passwords as I use my logins for things, which you can't avoid! There is so much to explore and learn about this phone, and the added AI is a whole new frontier to discover. All in all, I'm delighted with my new investment, and I'm keen to learn all the things this phone has to offer.

I'm happy I got this phone as a long time Samsung user(Since the S4 and S9+). I love all the featire upgrades and the fact that the game launcher is so upgraded. I'm happy with the speed, the resolution and the sleekness of it mostly. So far, after a week of using it, I'm a bit worried about the hattery when I'm on video calls. It's really so solid otherwise, but just seems to drain faster while I'm on video. I'm still monitoring this however to be sure(as I said i just got it). Also. The camera sometimes looks a bit grainy, even in some good lighting had thought it would be better.

It's fast, beautiful to look at and the photo quality is top quality. The photos are clear and sharp. I recently went to a concert and when i looked back at my videos, the zoom was still so clear and the sound quality was uncompromised. The AI feature is good, i can ask it anything and it will find me an answer, it saves me time. It has smooth performance and makes every task efficient. The battery life is very impressive, i could get away with charging it every other day and when I do charge it, it charges very quickly. I hesitated getting a new phone for so long but this phone makes me glad that i did, i love it!

Can always trust samsung phones. I always select the galaxy plus for my phone . This time around im very impressed with the colour and battery life! System runs perfect. Lay out of the phone is awesome. These screen is clear and bright or dark if you want it to be . Ai system is ok.. im sure will improve with time , not really a feature I use . Im really in to having a pink phone , so I bought the coral red phone outright , keep in mind it is closer to pink in colour. :) I love it. And people compliment it al the time ! Camera is better then the 23 plus that I had previously. The phone is great. Trust worthy. Reliable. Always buying samsung phones! I dont find my self evwr needing a battery pack .

I've had this phone for almost a month now, and I would have to say that I'm really happy with it. 2 years ago I bought the, Samsung Galaxy s21 because prior to that I had the 21 ultra and thought it was too big but really enjoyed the model overall. Within the two years I had data issues with opening up the tiktok app. It became such a pester to pay for 120 GB data every month, and not be able to use it fully, unless I walk out into the middle of the street just to use tiktok which is ridiculous. This phone runs a lot smoother and the battery is amazing. So far so good. 👌🏼👌🏼

My friend purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25+ on 01/07/25 and gave it to me as a gift and i didn’t begin using it until about three weeks later. Once I opened it, I transferred my data over but didn’t have time to use the phone immediately due to work. The very next day, I turned it on, and it prompted me for a software update. I clicked “Update,” and that’s where the problems began — the phone restarted and got stuck in a boot loop. I looked online and tried everything: factory reset, troubleshooting tips — nothing worked. I eventually contacted Samsung, which was a long and frustrating process in itself. I sent the phone to their service centre, and after several days, they called back saying the issue was related to "account activation" and that it was fixed. Fast forward three weeks: another update appeared. I clicked it, and once again the phone entered a boot loop. I had to go through the entire process again — contacting Samsung, sending the phone to the service centre on 21/07/25. On 28/07/25, I followed up and was told it was a motherboard issue this time. They repaired it and sent it back. Here are the main issues: I’ve wasted at least a full day dealing with Samsung support, the service centre, and repeatedly transferring my data between phones. I’ve lost two full weeks of using a brand new phone — one week for each repair. I was never offered a replacement device, extended warranty, or even any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I feel like I didn’t buy a new phone — I bought a faulty product that has already required two repairs within the first month. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from a premium brand like Samsung. I’m now left wondering if this phone will fail again with the next update.

I is packed with great new features which are remarkable. I love the camera quality and zoom functiality. We don't need to carry a camera if we have this phone. I travel alot and most of the time language barrier but this phone has given me confidence. I would still say voice recognition needs a bit of improvement as I had to repeat a few times what I was asking or talking about. Love the phone and it's futuristic features which make me think my old phone is antique.

Performance, camera, battery, and display are sublime. A very happy and proud Samsung owner since the first Note in 2012, when I used to call it a phablet.

I really needed to upgrade my phone as my S21+ was on it's way out so pre-ordered this. To be honest, after using it for almost a week, there's not really any noticeable differences to my old S21+. The battery lasts really well if it's not used but if I use it as normal, the battery life is only slightly better which I was really disappointed with. The display is the same, the photos don't seem to be any better quality and it runs the same. I'd recommend if your old phone was dying but other than that I don't see a reason to upgrade because a new model is available.

I knew that an upgrade from my S10+ to the S25+ would be a good one, but I was very happy with the S10+ and thought I would wait for the next iteration. When I found an offer of a substantial discount to get an S25+, I took it, and it was an excellent decision. The S25+ is extra special and well worth the move to this new phone; it offers substantially more power, battery life, easy of use, and extends/improves upon the functionality of my previous phone and I am very pleased with it. I've only had the phone for a few days but I have to say I'm very impressed. I upgraded from an older Samsung Galaxy S10, and as good as that phone has been, the quantum leap in design and performance is nothing short of amazing. The quality of the display is breathtaking, and the speed at which it opens apps is stunning. Battery performance is great, so i don't have to charge it every day. Camera performance is superb, especially when zooming in, and in low light or at night.(It will complement my Nikon mirrorless camera beautifully when I'm travelling).

Having come from another brand and operating system, I was totally surprised how easy and well my new S25 Plus has been to set-up, use and integrate into my current ecosystem. The S25 plus is such a comprehensive package. The phone operates as good as it looks and provides both practicality, ease of use, style and fun! The S25 Plus has endless options for customization while still performing the important tasks. The added bonus is the intuitive and friendly AI integrated into the operating system, making daily tasks pleasurable. The battery is an excellent, the screen is beautiful big and bright, and device is overall a perfect combination of performance and elegance.
