Note: No payment will be taken at this stage.
2. Provide your Room Details
During checkout, you'll be asked to complete a short form with your room requirements (number of rooms and room sizes). This helps us assess the best solution for your home.
3. Consultation Call
After submitting your order, our team will call you to confirm the details you provided and book an in-home inspection with one of our technicians.
4. In-Home Inspection
On the scheduled day, a technician will visit your home to check if the system you selected is suitable.
i. If your chosen unit works for your home, we'll move forward.
ii. If not, the technician will recommend the right ducted system for your property.
5. Final Quote & Checkout
Once the inspection is complete, you'll receive a call or text from our call centre with the final price. If you're happy to proceed, you can complete your order and checkout through our website.
6. Delivery & Installation
After checkout, your ducted unit will be shipped to you with full tracking details. Once delivered, we'll schedule an installation appointment. A qualified technician will then complete the installation of your new ducted air conditioning system.
Note: Delivery and Installation will not occur on the same day.
