Why does my washing machine display SE/5E error?

SE or 5E errors refers to draining issues such as a clog in your washing machine.

 

To troubleshoot this issue on your washing machine please follow the instructions as below:

1 Turn off the machine.
2 Unplug the machine from the power point.
3 Wait for a minute and clean the filter located at the bottom right hand side of the washing machine.
4 Plug the machine back into the power outlet and select the Spin Only cycle.
5 Press the Start/Pause button to drain water.
