Just one star is already more than I would like to give. I purchased this product two months ago. Unluckily when it came it wasn’t fit in my laundry as the web doesn’t clearly state that the drain hose is located at the side of the machine!!! The web just poorly stated the exact dimensions of the washing machine but not suggesting to spare any space for the drain hose!!! I have contact the service support a few times for the return of the product but no reply til now!!! The service is definitely poor, unhelpful and disappointing. Despite the poorly designed machine and website, the customer service of Samsung is drastically dissatisfying.

Overall a Good machine. Although there are 3 drawbacks with the DESIGN that need to be addressed: 1st, the Drain hose needs to be put on the back of the machine (not the side). 2nd, The Rinse cycle Temperature is set to the Wash temperature. So if you wash on Warm then your rinse will be Warm. This can only be overridden by changing from Warm to Cold once the machine starts washing to get a Cold rinse. This default Temp setting will push your power bills up as you'll get a Warm rinse every time if you don't override. 3rd annoying feature, is that the door locks when filling. My old samsung didn't do this & I was able to add more cloths & detergent & rinse my hands while filling....Please Samsung listen to your consumers & Make your machines more user friendly...

After the delivery of my washer, I read through the manual and find that I need to clean the water mesh filter three times a month and the pump filter once a month for peak performance of the machine. As an elderly 69 year old lady this is impossible for me to do as I would require to move out the heavy 9KG capacity machine to have access to these filters located at the back of the washer, failing which would affect the efficient performance of the washer and might vlid my warranty. The locations of these of these filters are impossible to access for any lady unless they are very strong and able to move heavy weights. I previously owned a SAMSUNG washer without these maintenance requirements other than the tub and filter cleaning. Regrettably I had to apply for a return based on these issues.

I purchased the 9kg top loader about an year ago. The machine looks good and has been working well too. The main issue I have is with poor ergonomics of the pump/debris filter location. The manual recommends cleaning this filter once a month. However, because the filter is at the back, the very heavy washing machine has to be pulled out far enough to be able to access the filter. I find it difficult to move the machine this way and many older people and women would find hard to move the washing machine to clean the filter. Strongly recommend against buying this product, unless Samsung moves filter to accessible location at the front.

My wife and I are both very impressed with the new Samsung part no WA90T6250BW Washing Machine. It is much quieter than our previous machine which was a different brand. The see through top is impressive and not having a central agitator gives more volume to the washing tub.We were also very happy with the price we paid from Appliances Online. Over the years we have purchased quite a few white goods products from Appliance Online and will continue to do so. The service people are always friendly and very helpful and their delivery service is excellent.

Although it is only early days, the Samsung washing machine so far has performed to our expectations and is very quite to operate compared to our old washing machine. I like the see through lid and the number of wash programs. The only negative for us is that the drainage outlet is on the left-hand side of the machine and our sink is on the right-hand side, but the drainage hose still reached OK. It would be better placed at the rear of the machine. Very happy with Appliances Online ordering and delivery system which I couldn't fault and the price.

I had known about a few issues before I bought it: drain hose on the LHS of the machine not at the back, the Rinse cycle Temperature is set to the Wash temperature (can be overridden during the cycle), and the door locks when filling water (again you can pause the machine and the door opens). Lint filters are working very well. Summarising, I am satisfied with the purchase.

This machine has the water outflow connection on the SIDE of the machine, not the back. Hence, if you do your measurements using the website guide, it may not fit into the calculated space very well. My hose is attached with a bend in it. I am permanently worried that the hose will detach and there will be a flood through my house. With every wash I do, I pile towels around the base of the machine. I rang AOL and they said I could return it for another machine, but there would be a cost for me. I was very disappointed.

Got the machine for a few weeks now, so far so good. Was able to wash a donna with pretty good results. Functions are easy navigate and use. Not sure about the softener dispenser, there is some left over after every wash, so not sure what is happening there. Noise level is pretty low, but our laundry room is outside, so doesn't really bother us. I like the lint collector, no more lint on clothes. Delivery and installation service was excellent as usual from Appliances Online.

Very dissappointed with advertisement. Measured up this item to make sure it fits in the space in my laundry, only to get it home and find out that the drain outlet comes out of the SIDE of the machine right at the bottom. Nowhere mentioned on the ad or photos shows this. Also near the drain plug is a pump filter that needs to be emptied monthly. Pulling the machine out every month and tipping it over to access the filter as the manufacture recommends is not easy.

Just received the order of 9kg top loader washing machine wa90t6250bw. Did my first washing today and I'm not too impressed although its easy to figure out how to useand different cycles to choose from, many options. But it comes down یا to if the product is doing its job. As soo we started opening the packeging we were in for surprises, the back of the washing machine has a major dent top to bottom, must have happened before packing the product but theu ignored it. Cones u der manufacturing fault. I did a complete video of it to present to them. The tub does not have pulsaters for wobble technology that is clearly mentioned in product features. Disappointing. As soon you put detergent in dispenser it starts dropping on cloth even when you close it. You would think it should not leak like that unless the water starts coming through taking the detergent onto clothes. I chose Super Clean Cycle. You can see through the transparent lid it only wobbles the cloth left right while cloths are detergent and water soaked. Then onto spin, not impressive at all. Does not spin fast enough so the clothes felt too wet for the 10 minute spin. I did an extra 9 minute spin but not much difference. I would like the team to contact me for the damaged product delivery.

Ample space to suit family of four adults and a child. Gentleon clothes but still comes out clean, clothes do not get tangled as it has a low agitator. Loved the lint remover, works great, can easily remove the two lint side panels and take out the lint caught after each wash. Can see how much lint in each wash! However, not that easy to figure out how to do just a an extra spin after the whole wash is complete,Overall good value for a big machine.

I'm ever so happy with this machine! I chose this model as I'd had an earlier model of the same make I'd also been happy with. This model is even better! Easy to use, cleans well, whisper quiet operation are but a few of the benefits. This machine also provides me with two added benefits to the previous model which make my wash days so much easier. These are, that despite having a larger load capacity (8kb-9kg), I can easily reach the bottom of the drum when extracting my washing - a major blessing for vertically challenged people like myself! It also has a small spinning agitator where you add the detergent. This means that when the water is filling at the start of your wash, the detergent (either liquid or powder) is mixed in well with the water as it fills the tub. So you don't get detergent marks in larger loads. I highly, highly recommend this machine! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ask me again in a year or two. Dry weight seems very light. Hope its not flimsy, short lifespan. Personal critiscism that lid locks during filling, so adding garments is annoying to use pause button. Spin cycle not as effective as our old F&P toploader, as it leaves items wetter. Overall it functions quietly & effectively & is user friendly to learn to drive it. Thus far we are happy with it.

I ended up returning the Samsung machine because the drain outlet is in the side of the machine and the dimensions on your website do not take the additional width required for the attachment of the drain hose. So the machine didn’t fit into the laundry space. You need to make corrections of your website! (The delivery team said this problem had arisen numerous times).

A good entry level top load washer which is simple to use. Although two design flaws; drain pipe is on the side (make sure you allow at least 15cm spece on the left side) and pump filter is at the back, which is a big inconvenience (you would need to move the machine to access the pump filter, it's heavy require a two people).

I love top loaders. This one doesn’t disappoint. It looks very swish and is virtually a front loader built like a top loader. It has many same features as a front loader, including water saving options. So far it’s been excellent. It washed well and even sings me a little tune when it’s done! So far, an excellent choice.

This is a great machine so far. I love the lint filter, easy to use and washes great. the only thing I don't like is the lid locks when you start the machine, as long as it is still filling you can pause it to add more clothes but if there is too much water it has to empty before the lid will open. overall excellent

This machine is the best machine I've ever owned. I love the fact that it had no agitator. It is gentle on clothes but washes them thoroughly. It has plenty of room, good size. Quiet and efficient and easy to use. No unbalancing. Can even turn alarm off so can wash whilst rest of house is asleep. Love it.

Love it never been able to do a whole load of towels in one go it's great it's quite cute tune at then end only down fall in find is the water drain hose is on the side of machine not the back so when I measured I didn't take into account of the hose so now it's a tad squished

I have just received my new washer and I'm very happy with it. It looks good and holds so much washing. The clothes come out looking very clean and I am amazed that the filters always contain lint after every wash. I am extremely pleased to have bought a Samsung product.

The washing has a nice design, the control panel is easy to see and operate. Queen bed blankets fit into it easily and everything is washed beautifully. It has a tub clean cycle which is reassuring because you know the tub is clean. Thank you

Great machine but be aware that the pump out hose is on the left hand side (facing machine) and not at the back. Luckily I had 4cm to play with otherwise the machine would not have fitted. 3 weeks ago machine was $799. Not impressed.

Have it for a week and found it a brilliant washing machine (thus far). Anyone concerned about the lack of an agitator need not worry about this washing machine. A simple glance through the glass top will quell any concern you might have. The washing motion is the best I've experienced and better than one with a traditional agitator. Very clever in design and functions. Has a clever auto-sensing water level function. The drain outlet at the bottom is quite a clever design as its an efficient way to disperse the water as all machines drain at the bottom but this machine avoids the water being pumped up again internally to an outlet at the top. Clever design and a very efficient way to disperse the water in my humble opinion. After one week of use and with about 15 wash cycles, I am very happy and highly recommend this device. The tub seems quite big for a 9kg machine. Just be cautious if you have limited space as you will require an additional 4cm on the left side for the drain house. If space is not an issue don't buy any other washing machine if your budget is under $900.
